-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



Respect for Property: Guests are expected to treat the home with care and leave it in the same condition as it was upon arrival. This includes managing waste properly, using appliances with care, and avoiding activities that could cause damage.
