Good property and found it as shown. We had a problem with the bed in the main bedroom being overly soft and caused us back pain. It needs to be replaced On the first night we slept on the two single beds which were fine. On the second night we had a full house so used a blow up mattress on the floor. The garage remote needs a new battery.

Hey Paul! Thanks so much for staying with us and for your feedback. We’re sorry we didn’t quite hit the 10/10 mark. Mattress comfort can be quite subjective, and while most of our guests have been comfortable with the main bedroom mattress, we’ll definitely take a closer look at it. The garage remote was working when we checked it, but we’ll monitor it and replace the battery if needed. We always encourage guests to let us know during their stay if anything isn’t quite right so we can assist where possible. We hope to have the chance to host you again under better circumstances!

Great location

Really enjoyed the stay at this property. Nice and quiet, safe neighbourhood and great location. Staff were very helpful upon asking for more hand soap. Highly recommend and thank you for having us.

Great location

Short stay close to CBD and short drive to Charles Gairdner Hospital and PCH. We were so happy to stay here, rooms were plenty large enough, ease of a lower floor toilet. Garage to house a large car or 2 smaller ones with ease. Kitchen had all needed for a cook up. Communication with host fantastic. Highly recommend!

Feedback for 30 Rich on Richmond Monder Family Home 6

Our workers were very impressed and comfortable staying in this property for the few months they were undertaking works in Perth. Everything in the property was highly maintained and a very comfortable place to stay. The boys could not fault your property.

Spiders and roaches

Throughout our stay we had spiders in our bed and roaches in the living room. There was worms on the wall. House was in need of a pest control and outside area needed to be cleaned properly, bathroom tapes were all rusty and hard to open and close. When both showers in use the 2nd shower upstairs water pressure completely dies out. Garage remote doesn’t work at times you have to shake it around and hope it works. Only one set of keys were given even though it’s a 3b house and 4 adults.
