Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish lakeside 2 bedroom walkout ground level guest suite just outside of Algonquin Park.
Geogeous lake views located steps from a private sand beach on Groom/Lynx lake. This adults only guest suit offers comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and living area. Beautiful outdoor space with lush gardens, fire pit, muskoka and lounge chairs, BBQ and dining set. Use of canoe, kayaks, paddle boat and paddle boards is included. Beautiful quiet year round. Our property offers a large parking area that can accommodate large vehicles with trailers for both ATVing and Snowmobiling. We are within two km's of ATV and groomed Snowmobile trails. During the winter freeze up snowmobiling is accessible on the lake from in front of the appartment. Private guided Snowshoeing is also available.

Absolutely amazing!!

Everything about our stay and the property was perfect! The view and surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. 10/10 highly recommend and hope to go back for a longer stay!

Girls weekend in Kearney

Our stay at Glen and Joyce's property was fantastic. As a group of four friends getting away for some much needed down time, it had everything we needed and more. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend and that had a lot to do with the space, lake and amazing hosts. We are already looking forward to going back again for an even longer stay.

Immaculate cottage getaway.

We only booked one night, but had we known how beautiful it was, we would have planned to stay longer. The apartment was so clean and decorated beautifully. Joyce and Glen had thought of everything. The outdoor space was even more perfect. The gardens were manicured, there was a ton of comfortable seating options - even the beach was raked like at a Caribbean resort. If you are in need of a relaxing, private getaway, I highly recommend this place. Thank you Joyce and Glen!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Absolute beautiful oasis. It is everything the pictures show and more. There is NOTHING missing. Every detail has been thought out. Glen and Joyce are wonderful people and exceptional hosts!!! I would highly recommend this property. From beginning to end, it was a fantastic stay. VERY CLOSE TO ATV TRAILS AS WELL! Lots of room on property for parking.

Slice of Heaven

My husband and I stayed at Glen and Joyce's property for two nights in July and were truly blown away by how amazing this spot is. The walk out apartment is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The little touches were so appreciated - cozy blankets for the couch, coffee and coffee filters, an amazing shower, and the perfect little porch outside our door. The outdoor space is everything you want from a Muskoka cottage - well maintained sandy beach for swimming, lots of water crafts for borrow (and lifejackets too), Muskoka chairs to lounge in, and beautiful gardens. I don't know if it was just because we were there mid-week, but we couldn't get over how quiet the lake was. There were hardly any motorized water crafts out during our stay, which just added another level of peace and tranquility. Glen and Joyce were such kind hosts and were so quick to help us with whatever we needed. We are looking forward to going back as soon as we can.

My sister and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cottage apartment and it was nothing short of magical. Nestled in a peaceful, scenic location, this cozy retreat was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.The cottage itself was beautifully maintained—clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully decorated with charming touches. From the crackling fireplace to the soft linens and fully equipped kitchen with a bbq on the porch, every detail was designed for comfort and relaxation.One of the highlights was the outdoor space. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, jumping in the lake off their dock and lounging around the beach on their ample seating. The beach was beautifully maintained with kayaks and canoe available if you wish to go out on the water. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and ensured we had everything for an enjoyable stay.Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a peaceful place to recharge, this place is a hidden gem. We can’t wait to come back!

A little piece of heaven

What an amazing property! First, the property is as you see in the photos and description, absolutely beautiful. The inside was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and included everything we needed. The outside was like a piece of heaven. The landscaping, lake and gardens were perfection. Kayaks, canoes and paddle boards were included as well as a newly purchased paddleboat which we enjoyed. Games were provided inside and outside with bocci ball, bean bag toss, board games and books. We loved the covered porch area where we bbq'd and ate our meals. At night it was incredible when lit up, add in the firepit (wood provided), and you couldn't ask for anything more. Glen and Joyce were amazing hosts with great attention to detail. We had to change our dates twice and they were so accommodating and kind. They surprised us with flowers and prosecco for my wife's birthday, so thoughtful! They also took us on a magical mystery tour around the lake in their pontoon. They were great people who were there to help but also respected our privacy. Would definitely return. If we could have rated them a 10 we would have. Cheers to a great couple!
