- There are 2 different options for check-in/out depending on your arrival time:

1. Self Check-in/out:
The keys are safely stored 150 meters away from the accommodation.
Please note there are time restrictions for the self check-in/out.

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Public Holidays: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

If you are arriving outside of the times above, this will be your option for check-in/out:

2. We will meet you at the accommodation:

- Our staff members will meet you during check-in/out to hand over the keys.
- There is a surcharge of $100.00 for this type of check-in.
- We require 72 hours' notice to arrange this type of check-in.
