Great Vrbo and Convenient Location

The place was spacious, modern and well kept in a location that was close to some great restaurants and only a 20 min walk to Old Quebec. Highly recommend.

Great apartment and location!

We had a wonderful time staying here with our 2.5 year old daughter. The location was great with so many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s easy to get to old Quebec from there- a bit long to walk with a toddler but invigorating if out and about on your own!

Enjoyed our visit

Great property as described, newer remodel, some electric not finished. Eclectic neighborhood, quiet and felt safe. Walking distance to Old Town. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Very convenient location. Lots of restaurants, pubs and everything else you need closeby. If you don’t mind walking to old quebec, this works really well. Owner was also generous to offer assistance and discount with restaurants they handle. The place was gorgeouuus and has everything you need. Would stay here again!

i can't say enough about the apartment! very clean and new. good location and walking distance to old town and other tourist areas. numerous restaurants in the area. st. patrick's pub was delicious, we had the lamb burger and shepherds pie. soooo good! and birra basta was another good one! we will be back thank you!!

Comfortable Apt in a So-So Neighborhood

The apartment has a lot to like - it's clean and spacious with two comfortable bedrooms. It has a good shower and real kitchen with full-size appliances and enough kitchenware to cook for a couple or small family. There's a super market and two reasonably-priced parking lots in walking distance. La Boite a Pain bakery, around the corner, has great coffee and delicious goods, and is worth a stop.The major reason for the 4 star rating, instead of 5, is the neighborhood. The street life on the weekend was very rowdy (there are lots of bars all around), and the noise can be heard in the apt with the windows closed, plus there's a notable presence of unhoused people. That said, all in all, we enjoyed our stay, and would consider returning to the Villa de Reve as better-informed guests.

Alright, not really worth the money

This Vrbo was alright, but didn't feel like a great value for the price. The location was relatively convenient in terms of driving in and out of the city, and there were a good amount of stores and coffeeshops in the neighborhood, as well as street and garage parking. For better or worse, the street also has a LOT of bars & nightlife, which meant the external-facing bedroom was very noisy at night. It's not a great location if you're looking for more family-centric activities or a bit of a neighborhood feeling.The apartment itself was mixed. It was great to have so much space to move around and settle in, and the beds were comfy and everything was very clean. However, the building and the apartment itself had a lot of structural issues. The stair railings in the building had almost entirely separated from the walls and did not feel safe to use. Similarly several of the fixtures in the apartment were loose or shoddily made (for instance the kitchen sink was very loose).The check-in process was easy, however I did have to reach out to the host to get the info I needed - it wasn't sent automatically.Ultimately an alright place but did not feel worth the price. I would not book again.

Séjour correct, mais sans plus.

L'appartement n'était pas encore prêt à 17 h, donc notre apéro s’est fait avec le bruit de la balayeuse de la femme de ménage. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas, mais ils ont quand même apporté un petit pour dépanner. Le code d’entrée était mal indiqué, donc nous avons eu du mal à entrer dans l'appartement en soirée. Sinon, c'était bien équipé et très propre.

Très bel appartement, bien situé et équipé à 20 minutes de marche du Vieux Québec. Prévoir un budget stationnement. Un peu bruyant à l'extérieur, quartier animé.
