This is a studio basement with an attached private bathroom. Please note that there is no separate entrance. Access is through the main door of the house, and you will pass through the common area, main floor living room, to reach the basement.

The comfortable queen size bed is dressed with high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The Roku Smart TV is perfect for entertainment, and you can stream your favourite shows and movies in the comfort of your own bed.

The ensuite bathroom is clean and modern, and comes with all the necessary amenities.

The entire house is smoke and pet free, well-maintained, sparkling clean, and very tidy. I have a protocol in place to keep things maintained and orderly. :)

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed, first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are available.

Before booking, please take a moment to read our house rules and listing details to ensure suitability.

The main floor (living room, kitchen and dining room), backyard and front porch are shared spaces. The second floor is off-limits.

If you're bringing a guest, we advise you to book for 2 persons, for liability reasons. Please know that our home insurance will not cover unregistered guests and we have a strict "only registered guests allowed" rule.

The entrance is through the main door using a keyless lock. There is also a door to the basement with a key lock for your privacy.

The shower stall height is 6 feet 4 inches.

There's a small window in the bathroom.

For your and our protection, like in hotel lobbies/corridors, a motion detection security camera installed in the main kitchen (common area) facing the main entrance and stairs to the second floor (which is off-limits to VRBO guests), and one installed facing outside the house, covering the front door and driveway.
