We enjoyed our stay at Serendipity. Communication from the agent made accessing the property easy and convenient. The location was perfect and the property had just about everything we needed for our stay. There were a few things we did feel could be improved. We would have liked to sit at the high bar outside overlooking the beach, but there weren’t any chairs there. Hooks on the walls in the bedroom would have made it possible to hang up our jackets, etc. and really are necessary as storage for clothing is limited. Also two of the windows were missing screens so we could not open them. None of these small issues prevented us from enjoying our stay and we would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Serendipity cottage was the perfect Oceanside getaway! It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. We loved being right on the beach and it being set a little apart from the other cottages we felt like we had lots of privacy. It was the perfect distance from Ptown and to Truro beaches. Wr biked everywhere which was lovely. We will definitely be back!!

Nice Waterfront Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this very nice cottage for three days. The views are fantastic & the bed was comfortable. the only problem is that from both the living room & the patio, you cannot see the water. Also the sofa was extremely uncomfortable! But overall the cottage was nice with the beach right there just steps away!

Reviewer Comments: we loved staying in this cottage for our trip. it was perfectly situated for us and we loved having the beach and sound of the waves right outside our window. Two small additions that would make it even better would be some hooks to hand things like dresses in the bedroom and two high chairs to put at the little bar area right outside the door. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay!

I wanted a cottage on the bay that was close enough to the water that I did not have to load up the car, carry bulky equipment and make long journeys to bathrooms. With this cottage and location, I had the beach right outside my door. For me it was worth the cost just to have all of the conveniences, the sound of the water, beach walks, daily sunsets and privacy. The cottage is slightly further out on the beach than others around it and this provides a nicer view up and down the beach. You are close to one other cottage but not packed in. People were considerate and quiet nextdoor. I did not use the back patio nor the grill but it was roomy with seat cushions provided in a weather-proof box. An umbrella was there to raise if needed. A nice gathering spot for sure. The view to the beach from there is less compared to views from the front and side of the cottage. However, it is a very nice place to sit and quite private. I enjoyed lunches in my favorite towns and dinners in the cottage. Cape Tip Seafood is close by and will steam and crack lobsters of any size for pick-up (mine was 5.45 lbs!). No need for large lobster pots in the kitchen, although there was a pot plenty large for steamers. Cape Tip Seafood has other stores around it where you can buy ice, fruits and vegetables, groceries and beer / wine. I took advantage of the free shuttle bus to Provincetown, which saves a 30 parking fee. You are just a few miles away with an 8-minute ride. This was fantastic.

Cozy cottage with beautiful views of the bay. I’ve stayed at the Sutton Place properties many times over the years both before and after they converted to condosThe only suggestion I have is that they put a few hooks on the wall to hang clothes. I stayed for 12 days and lived out of my suitcase. The bedside tables are the only place to store clothes. Overall beautiful stay

Fabulous Cottage Stay

You cannot get any closer to the water! Beautiful views and soothing sounds of the ocean 24/7. This rental is cozy and has everything you need. Decor is cute & coastal feeling, everything is clean and well cared for. Linens and towels (so fluffy & soft) are included which was great. AC works well and often not needed at night due to it being cooler on the water. There was a Keurig and a cute little coffee station with supplies. We enjoyed grilling and happy hours watching the ocean from the Adirondack chairs on the patio. There were also folding beach chairs we used to sit on the beach in the sand. We used the shuttle system to visit Provincetown, nice close stop at Shoreline Beach condos. Truro winery was also close by and a terrific place to visit. It's an easy drive to Harwich to take a shuttle day trip to Nantucket. This location is perfect to explore a good portion of the Cape.
