NEWLY RENOVATED West End, Commercial Street location with beach access. This charming 2-bedroom, 1 bath is located in the heart of P-Town, within minutes walking distance of Commercial Street shopping, restaurants and entertainment. This location offers fully furnished, bright, and cozy spaces with all the amenities needed for a fun or relaxing vacation including linens, cooktop, coffee maker, miniature refrigerator, and smart TV. Both bedrooms feature brand new queen beds, while the living space features a small kitchenette, sectional and entertainment area. Location includes 1 parking space, as well as easy access to West End parking lot for additional metered parking.

Owner requires a lease.

We stayed here for Family Week with a 4yo and 10mo. It was a great location and within walking by distance of everywhere we needed to get to. The kitchenette is especially helpful for saving money on eating out.

This place is charming and exactly as described. I rented this for my sister and nephew stayed for a long weekend and it offered the perfect setup for them in terms of a great space, very well maintained and charming inside. The location is good and the fact that it has parking (for those who come with a car) is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend it and will suggest to friends and guests in the future.

This was an ideal property! We stayed for 3 nights with two children ages 2 and 5. We were able to walk down commercial street and were only a 5 min drive from herring cove beach. The space was clean, and simple. It was also very quiet away from the hustle and bustle. I needed to contact the host at the end of our stay just to clarify checkout and he was quick to respond. It was nice to have a parking space too! We will definitely be back.

This place is a gem! I stayed with my husband and our 1 1/2 year old and it was perfect, two bedrooms, a nice living space and bathroom, and we sat on the little deck/stairs to the front door at night after our son went to sleep. A huge bonus that there is parking available. The hose was super easy to communicate with and allowed a slightly earlier check in when we arrived in town earlier than we planned! A great spot to walk everywhere and enjoy Ptown.

We had a fantastic time in Provincetown! The accommodations were wonderful, and the location was absolutely perfect—just a short, easy walk into town. We were especially grateful that the host allowed us to check in early to align with our ferry arrival, which made our travel day so much smoother.There are just a few minor suggestions that would elevate the experience even more. Adding a small counter top ice maker and room-darkening shades would be great touches. Additionally, for a longer 6-day stay like ours, stocking a few extra towels and spare toilet paper up front would be very helpful. That said, the host was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to use the laundry facilities to wash our towels. Overall, it was a beautiful stay with a great host, and we would highly recommend this property!

Great property!

The location is perfect - a short walk from downtown and beach, but without being in middle of crowds. Owner was very responsive. Made for a very easy and enjoyable weekend.

Perfect location for a nice beach vacation

This was a great spot for our Provincetown vacation! Newly renovated and thoughtfully laid out. We didn’t plan to cook much, but having a kitchenette and fridge was perfect for morning breakfast. We would stay again!

Fantastic location

We loved how convenient it was to walk or ride our bikes to town. The best part was the private beach! Michael was great to communicate with whenever we needed anything.

Great location on Commercial. Just a little walk -- about .5 miles -- to the start of shops and restaurants. The unit is excellent. Modern, up-to-date, comfortable.

Very clean. Quality linens and towels provided. Quiet neighborhood. Walked or biked everywhere we wanted to go. Property is as advertised - small but efficient use of space and perfect for our four night getaway for two people.

This was a great place for a four night stay. The location just outside of town, near Relish (best bakery/coffee in town) was perfect - quiet but an easy walk to everything. My spouse is sensitive to cleanliness and this place was immaculate. We enjoyed having the beach behind the house. Sound travels from/to the owner’s connecting unit, but it was never a problem late (though I worried we bothered them with our early hours). We look forward to staying again!

Pristine Property

This beautiful property is an absolute gem. It was recently renovated, so everything is clean and fresh, with new appliances, beautiful bathroom, new towels/linens, etc. Both bedrooms are spacious, with queen mattresses in each. The west end location cannot be beat, it's quiet and serene, with direct beach access, close to the Red Inn, and a short walk or bike ride to the center of town. The property manager and owner were both very lovely and responsive. Would love to stay here again in the future!
