Welcome to this cozy and clean fully furnished studio basement unit. This basement boosts of over 585 sqft living space with rarely found 9 feet ceiling and ample sunlight from windows. It is located in Huron Park area, Kitchener. The furnishings in the unit includes 2 Twin beds, 4 seater couch, a TV. There is an attached kitchen which has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, induction cooktop and abundant crockery available for guest use. In addition, there is a private laundry(washer and dryer) and a full bathroom attached to the unit. Blackout curtains separates Living room and bed area for you to have a sound sleep. Linens, bathroom supplies are provided to the guests during the stay. 1 parking spot is available on the driveway for you car. You will have a private separate entrance from the Garage to unit
