The house is beachfront on Miramar Beach inside the residential community of Club Santiago

Fully equipped modern kitchen with top of the line appliances.

Other amenities: private swimming pool, choose between indoor or beachfront dining, cleaning service, A/C, Internet, cable TV, walking distance to Oasis restaurant, mini-market & Oxo
Gabriela the supervisor of the house, will be available on call for any questions or any help needed during your stay.

Fresh seafood oceanside restaurants are located in Playa La Boquita at the end of the Bay and a short walking distance from Casa de los Peces where you can also shop for souvenirs, fishing, snorkel, scuba, banana boat rides and other water sports. Flocks of water birds offer a treat to wildlife enthusiasts. Club Santiago has its own 9-hole golf course.

Just off the main coastal highway within minutes from Casa de Los Peces, you will find numerous options for open markets, shops and restaurants.

For the golfer, Manzanillo, and the areas nearby, host some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world, such as the challenging Las Hadas golf course, Isla Navidad 27-hole championship course designed by Robert Von-Hagge, and the spectacular El Tamarindo, a 2,000 acre ecological preserve.

Taxi cabs are readily available if you don`t rent a car.

The house is exclusively rented for family vacation time, no parties or special events are allowed.

Relaxing and pampered family vacation

The home is awesome. Just what you expect in being right on the beach. We had several dinners in the cabana overlooking the beach with wonderful sunsets and incredible meals. Margarita is fantastic and treated my kids like a grandmother. We will absolutely come back to this slice of paradise soon.

Wonderful Property

The house was fabulous. Great layout and the pool right on the beach is heaven. Margarita, the housekeeper, is very hardworking and attentive. We enjoyed sunning by the pool and going for long walks on the beach. There are not a lot of places within walking distance to eat, but you can arrange for Margarita to make you meals or I am sure that with enough advance notice you could hire a chef. Gaby, the house manager was very sweet and attentive. The only cons to the house were that the downstairs area gets very hot. However, we were there right before the rainy season and there is nothing anyone can do to change the weather. Installing central air would be a waste...so just be prepared. Maybe an extra fan or two could be installed downstairs?

sigh...I miss you house

I love this house. I seriously do. My parents, sister and brother in law, aunt, and my husband, daughter and I rented this house for my daughter's baptism in Mexico. I was determined that no one over the age of 1 would be stuck sleeping on a couch in the living room, that I wouldn't have to share a bathroom with everyone else, and I wouldn't need to strap a sandy, screaming toddler back into a car seat after a day at the beach. And you know what? This house delivered. The less adventuresome adults loved the modern amenities, the toddler loved the (literally onsite) pool and beach, this momma loved listening to the waves crash no matter the time of day, and everyone loved the nearby restaurants that we walked on the beach to get to. If you want a great house where you can drink frozen drinks and be grateful for all life has to offer, book this house.

Great Location in Club Santiago - The Management was Wonderful

We had a challenging trip to get to Manzanillo; however, the property manager was fantastic and did a great job of making sure we arrived safely to our destination. It was really nice to know that someone was there to help us out when everything else was going wrong. The property has a lovely pool and fantastic view of the ocean - plus, my husband enjoyed sitting out under the pilapa by the ocean getting some work done in the afternoon. We enjoyed falling asleep to the waves every night. The kitchen and living area are large and spacious and the rooms are a very nice size. A few drawbacks: - We could have used some more washcloths and towels in the bathroom. Also, conditioner and body wash would be a perk. - We spent some time figuring out the DVD player/TV and never did get the speakers to work properly - some instructions in English/Spanish would be helpful. - A second key would be very nice - sometimes our family would want to leave the house and come back at separate times or later at night, etc. Otherwise we appreciated our stay very much.

Great Family Getaway

We were two families each with two children under the age of 5. It was a perfect set-up. It's hard to find a location that has four king/queen size bedrooms. We easily fit all of us and could have easily fit another family. The location was PERFECT!!! We alternated between the pool and beach. The beach was clean with perfect size waves for littles (great for learning to boogie board) and for taking the baby and toddler into the water. The pool was perfect size and temperature. In addition, the beach club was about 1 minute walk down the beach (I was able to have one kid napping with a monitor and join the rest of the party at the beach club for breakfast). We ate one or two meals and did happy hour at the club. Think margarita while you watch your kid play in sand. The location is in a gated community so you feel safe and there is a nice little convenience market about three minute walk from the apartment (great for afternoon icecream treat walks with the toddlers). There is also an OXO at the entrance of the community. We opted to hire an amazing chef to cook two meals per day for us at the house. This was perfect as the moms didn't have to worry about cooking and cleaning and hauling families around to different restaurants. You really don't need a vehicle if you come and plan to relax and if you hire a chef or do a one time big food shopping trip. We went to the Manzanillo center one night (about 20min drive away). The rooms, beds, pillows were great! Cribs as well!

Great beachfront Home in Club Santiago

Best location on the wonderful beach at gated Club Santiago. Many upgrades to this Home. Owners were very cooperative with our last minute booking. Supporting staff and Managers did everything one could ask for. We have stayed at several places on the beach in Manzanillo in the past, but this Place is by far the best!

Great experience family vacation

We stayed at this beautiful house for 4 nights, everyone loved the house and the beach, specially the stuff very friendly and welcoming. We only had an unsuspected problem out of their control but Gabriela and their stuff were able to resolved the problem right away. Alicia was very help full, we saw her every day, she was very friendly and always available if we needed anything. She was great we felt like home. We definitively will stay here again if we come back to Manzanillo, I loved the beach, kid friendly. It was a great experience.

Great property!

Paradise on Beautiful Mirimar Beach

We just returned from a 2 week stay at Casa de los Peces. It is in a gated community of many upscale homes and even has it's own golf course. The house itself was very comfortable with great beds. There was 8 of us (4 couples) and we have been renting houses on both coast's of Mexico for many years, hard beds are the norm in Mexico. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need . You won't spend much time in the house except for sleeping. The yard, pool and incredible scenery are the best part. Watching the sun come up from the outside patio in the morning is amazing. We spent many hours just sitting on the edge of the property overlooking stunning Mirimar Beach. It is by far the best beach any of us have ever encountered. One morning a whale came into the Bay with it's calf and put on a show for us no more than a couple of hundred yards away. There is always something happening on the beach from the birds diving into the water, fish jumping or just plain old people watching. Everyone there is so friendly. We did have a few issues arise with the house upon our arrival which were rectified quickly by Gabby and her staff. There are many great restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery stores and gift shops. Nelly was very helpful with the planning of our trip. This property is Paradise.
