The property was in great shape and was very traveler friendly - lots of amenities available. Gregg was very communicative, easy to contact, responsive, and proactive in reaching out to make sure everything was as desired.

Lovely, comfortable home with a thoughtful host who provided many amenities. The location is convenient to highways, downtown, shopping, and lovely parks. Lake of the Isles is the closest of the famous Minneapolis lakes for runners, etc., but other lakes in the chain are easy to get to. Bonus, there is a basement room with a tv so the kids were happy and the grownups could relax upstairs. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again on a future visit to Minneapolis.

Absolutely one of the best experiences in a VRBO home ever! We found the perfect place for a large family gathering for visiting Minneapolis for my daughter's wedding. The attic bedroom had beautiful high ceilings, with great natural window lighting and huge mirrors for getting ready with the girls photo shoot. The lovely open kitchen and living area seating was perfect for alll of us to enjoy the weekend together. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with great coffee, amazingly quality wine/bar glasses for all our group, and welcome bottle of wine. Gregg has the perfect location and home for large groups in Minneapolis!! So happy we found this home.

We really enjoyed our stay. Gregg was very helpful and communicative throughout. The home is comfortable, well appointed, and situated in a great area. It was our first time staying in Minneapolis. We found great food nearby and liked the proximity to lakes and to downtown.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The open floor plan, all the amenities Including the welcome basket of food and wine. Each bathroom was outfitted with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and body wash. The whole house was very clean and tidy. Our host was very responsive to any question we had.

In a quiet neighborhood with grocery and restaurants a couple blocks away. Back yard is perfect for breakfast with the morning sun and the front deck has comfortable chairs I could set up my laptop to work outside with the afternoon sun.

This was a lovely, well-appointed home to stay in. Bedrooms were lovely, beds were super plush and comfortable, kitchen had all the necessities, and home was in a great location close to shops and restaurants and lakes. Garage was a bonus, and downstairs game room was a hit with the kids. Plenty of room for a family meet-up. We also appreciated the outdoor grill. Definitely recommend!

Lovely well-appointed home in great location

Large light-filled house in tree-lined neighborhood walking distance to lakes and, alternately, shopping/restaurants on Lake Street Uptown. Front and back deck space with grill, use of garage and bicycles, clean and extremely well-supplied. Host could not have been more helpful or gracious. I mentioned that the mattress was a little hard for my back and he delivered a foam topper that afternoon. Coffee, wine, oatmeal and other cooking staples in good supply. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. Very clean. Rooms are spacious This is one of the best set up rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was a lovely long weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation and the house provided everything we needed!

This is a fun section of Uptown, and we took advantage of the proximity to the lakes for evening walks. Gregg recommended the salmon at Lake Irving (fantastic). And of course we made multiple trips to Isle Bun and Coffee.With four bedrooms, we had our choice of beds (from extremely firm to medium-firm). It was a warm week, but the multi-floor thermostats did a great job cooling the first and second floors. The third floor was a bit warm. For summer, you may want eye masks, as the window coverings are light-filtering only.This is one of the best stocked rentals I've ever booked. There was enough TP, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent for our entire stay--plus, we were invited to help ourselves to spices and stock items in the kitchen.
