Fantastic Northlake House near River Track

Summary:
This property built only in 2020 is perfect for a family or some friends that want a lovely trip away but without being in the centre of the commotion in Wanaka. The house is a lovely spot at the edge of the Northlake neighbourhood that has everything you'll need for your trip. While it is a few km from Wanaka, there are some things in the area including a convenience store, restaurant, a fantastic river walk hiking trail, and also a bike track.

The Space:
The open newer style house is great if you like open spaces. 2 bedrooms that both boast queen beds are available to guests (There is 1 additional bedroom that will be locked that houses the owners personal belongings) The home is well insulated for a cold winter day but also perfect to have a bbq in the summer.

The Neighborhood:
This property is situated near the edge of the Northlake neighborhood. Northlake is a growing area which now has a couple shops, kids playgrounds, bike track, and a restaurant while additions keep popping up as well

Getting Around:
Getting around the area is best with a car but there are several taxi options in the Wanaka area and if you're keen the walk to Wanaka central is only approximately 4km.

Other Things to Note:
No parties allowed at this property... This house is in a growing neighbourhood but most of the construction around the property is finished and shouldn't be an interruption for your stay.
