Bnew 1br Minimalist Style Unit

Almost new 1 bedroom unit with modern & minimalist style. Situated just a few steps away from the historic and oldest country pub in Central Otago New Zealand.
No cooking allowed but we have kitchenette available.
Our driveway and landscaping still under construction/work. This unit located underneath of our newly built home. There’s is a country pub and general store within the property and plenty of parking space. There’s a nearest walking tracks and creeks around the areas. We are located 12mins drive from Wanaka town, 2 mins drive from Wanaka Airport and 1hr drive from Queenstown Airport(International Airport). We also have friendly dog within the property.

-We also allowed early check in or late check out for extra charge. $20/hr but this depends if there’s bookings in between and depends on the availability.

Just what I needed

Had everything I needed for a comfy stay while spending time with my grandkids in Luggate. Easy check-in. Great views. Prompt response from the host. Bed was really comfortable. Would stay again.

Plenty of space for 2 of us. Enjoyed the view and peaceful surroundings. However, no cooking facilities and washing machine.

Handy location

Looked like the photos, and was easy to access. Clean and well appointed. No cooking inside, but options of, eg, cereals, salads, could be taken. Only issue was we needed the help of the tavern staff to find it as there are several buildings on the large section.

Luggate ppartment

The appartment is lovely and roomy with very comfy bed and two huge TVs. The kitchen with microwave worked well but a hotplate would have been welcomed as the cooking possibilities were somewhat restricted. We were able to get takeaway chips from the Hotel run by our friendly hosts.

Luggate near Wānaka

Unit is near new , tidy and clean, however crockery and cutlery stained by previous guests ( very disappointing). No dishwasher as stated on website- guests need to learn how to do this the old fashioned way! Location ( being out of Wānaka and the crowds) was great. Unaware that unit is below owner’s home, so footsteps etc audible. Once the garden has been sorted, it will be a very good spot. To the owners- maybe put a sign on the lift door, so if this is utilised during a stay, guests are forewarned. All up, large unit , great shower and bed. Quick response from owner , good communication.
