ABOUT THE SPACE
Welcome to the stunning Espadin LoHi, a modern condo located in the vibrant heart of Denver, CO. This beautifully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, accommodating up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups looking to explore the city.
Step inside this spacious 1,072 square foot retreat, where contemporary decor meets cozy ambiance. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. With two well-appointed bathrooms, convenience is at your fingertips. Step outside to enjoy the fresh air on your private balcony or patio, where outdoor seating invites you to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. The building also features an elevator for easy access and is pet-friendly, making it a welcoming space for all.
The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, equipped with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected or enjoy your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances along with ample cooking essentials and a dining area for shared meals.

All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hello views!) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).

Located in the trendy LoHi neighborhood, you'll find yourself just moments away from popular attractions like the Denver Art Museum, local breweries, and a variety of dining options. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby parks and recreational activities, including hiking and biking trails.

PARKING INFORMATION
Private, heated garage parking is available for select units at Espadin LoHi, including this one. You can reserve one dedicated garage space for an additional cost of $25 per night, providing convenient and secure parking right in the heart of Denver. Please note that street parking in this area can be limited and competitive, especially during evenings and weekends, so we recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find a spot or securing a private garage parking space ahead of time.
PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

▪︎ Parking garage space can be reserved for an additional cost of $25 per night.
▪︎ Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
▪︎ Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag Drop-off (in the event early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval.
▪︎ Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
▪︎ An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
▪︎ 3D Virtual Guides/Tours are not available through Homes Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.
