This modern two bedroom home may be the ideal vacation rental in Rarotonga.

Recently built he and lovingly furnished, Tumutoa Beach House boasts a massive covered deck that overlooks a big yard which gently slopes to a white sand beach and the blue lagoon beyond.
Inside, the house is all about clean lines and comfort, a big spacious kitchen with a 900mm oven plus dishwasher the kitchen flows to the indoor dining area (which could be handy for 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles), and a cosy TV nook. The master bedroom (queen bed), and the second bedroom (2 singles) come off the main living area, both bedrooms have air conditioning. Also off the main area is the laundry, with washing machine and dryer, and the roomy modern bathroon.

The area around Tumutoa Beach House is home to a number of turtle tour operators (the area is the spot for turtles) and 1km away from the best grocery store in the south (Wigmores).

Tumutoa is ideal for a small family or a couple looking for the "perfect spot".

We loved staying at Tumutoa beach house. The aircon meant we could sleep at night. The view from the balcony and the front yard leading to the beach was beautiful. The separate bath and swimming towels were very helpful. The living areas are spacious although we mostly used the veranda/deck area. The kitchen was fully eqiupped. The wifi and filtered water were helpful. Couldnt have found a better place to stay. Thanks

Comfortable, well equipped holiday home, with modern kitchen and bathroom. The host, Eddie, was very responsive when we had a BBQ bottle that had run out. Kayaks and snorkeling gear are provided although not advertised on Bookabach/Vrbo. Check with the host on availability. We have given this property 5/5 rating, but please understand that, when staying in Rarotonga, there are unique differences and not everything will be perfect. Overall, highly recommended.

The house is very roomy for 4 people. Spotlessly clean and has air con in both bedrooms. The best snorkelling is a little further north which you could walk along the beach to, but an easier, short trip by car & the property is close to an outlet on the reef so take caution when swimming. No sunloungers so if you are looking for some time in the sun be prepared to lay on the grass! The decking area is huge & has good outdoor furniture & has a great area for BBQ ing. Safe wasn't working & key to one of the outside doors was missing. Have advised the property manager so hoping these things will be sorted soon. 7.5/10 would be our rating on this property.

Nice and private accommodation right on the water front, we went out in the water every day to relax and cool off plus free use of the kayaks was great!The house has everything you would need for your stay!We would definitely stay here again! Amazing!

Amazing acommodation, highly recommended- definitely our first choice next time!Couldnt have asked for a better location, kids spent hours on the beach at the bottom of the garden while we watched with cocktails on the picnic table.Amazing snorkeling including turtles while still touching the bottom.Modern, clean and comfortable with everything you need.The only request would be instructions for working the tv and dvd machine - kids were excited about the dvd selection but we could never get it going

Location good, the house was great, very well done with everything you need in it, but the bed a bit hard and it was a bit noisy being by the road. We had trouble getting in and contacting the agent man on the day.
