Seabreeze on Alex is an 'insta-worthy' styled apartment, overlooking the ocean at Alexandra Headland.
Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar while taking in the stunning ocean views.
During whale season, you will likely spot these magnificent creatures right from the comfort of the apartment .

Nestled convienently between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, this prime location offers easy access to local restaurants, cafes, and some of Australia's best beaches.

This unit features an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and living area that seamlessly extends onto a balcony with a breakfast bar and stunning ocean views of Alexandra Headland.

Guests have complete access and exclusive use of the 2-bedroom apartment, including the outdoor balcony and breakfast bar. Please note that the unit is accessed via three flights of stairs.

You will have one allocated undercover parking space, with additional un-metered street parking available.

Living locally means I am just a phone call or text message away. If you need any assistance or have any questions during your stay, don't hesitate to get in touch.

I'm here to ensure your visit to the Sunshine Coast is as enjoyable and smooth as possible.

All linen and bath towels are provided. But please remember to bring your own beach towels.

This apartment is part of a quiet residential complex with close-proximity neighbours. We observe quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9 PM and ask guests to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

Please note that we do not accept bookings for school leavers.

Beautifully put together apartment. The bed was comfortable, all utensils etc clean and new. Amazing views of the ocean with whales breaching.

We Booked a two bedroom two bathroom unit but the unit only has 1 bathroom bad 3 rd party communication is an understatement! The unit self has lovely views of ocean on main road can get quite noisy and busy traffic The unit host was lovely but I would recommend air conditioning strongly as we arrived on a 38•c day and it was almost unbearable. Other then that we enjoyed the morning view and early sea breeze.
