To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure tranquility in the community as well as a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.

• Absolutely no parties or events.

• Max capacity is 8 persons. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 8 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.

• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.

• Must be 25+ years of age to book.

• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.

• No pets.
