Welcome to Aireys Beach Retreat, a recently renovated coastal escape in Aireys Inlet and only 5 minutes walk the beach. (Photos vary slightly to the actual furniture in the house)

The Space:
This beautifully presented 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is tucked away in a tranquil gully setting on the beach side, away from the main road and is a leisurely walk to Sandy Gully beach. It's also walking distance to other local beaches, Eagle Rock Marine Sanctuary, Split Point Lighthouse and Aireys' tennis courts, cafes and shops.
Enjoy the large open plan kitchen/dining and a modern coastal feel throughout with a west facing covered deck running the length of the house for entertaining or sitting back and enjoying beautiful sunsets and the local bird life. With doors from both living areas and direct access from the master bedroom to the deck, there is a lovely connection between indoor and outdoor. (Please note that there is NO BBQ at the property)
The living area is light filled and spacious allowing flexibility to watch the 75 inch TV, play games or simply curl up and read a good book (the property has two large TVs).
The master bedroom is tucked away from the other bedrooms and has a Queen size bed and modern designer ensuite, complete with a freestanding bath to soak in at the end of a day of exploring. It also enjoys direct access to the wonderful, covered deck.
The second and third bedrooms have double sized beds and a fourth bedroom has a king single bed and king single bunks, all with high quality new mattresses which will ensure a blissful rest after enjoying Aireys’ attractions. There is also a second shared bathroom with bath/shower, separate wc and laundry.
A six seater dining table and fully equipped kitchen caters for the family. You'll love entertaining outside, with a large deck, including a newly built stunning outdoor shower, making the most of the landscaped surrounds.

*Please note: Furniture may vary from photos, there is no bqq, and each booking requires a $1500 bond.
**We kindly ask that you do not feed the wild birds, especially the cockatoos who are known to cause property damage.

House Rules:
1.Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.
2. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight
3. The property is strictly no pets.
4. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

****Please note: Doonas, pillows and underlays are provided, no other linen is provided. You will need to bring sheets, towels, pillow cases, doona covers etc. You can hire linen via the agency if you wish.****

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
Keys are to be collected and returned to the real estate agency, the agency will be in contact with you beforehand.
