Home Layout:
As you enter through the front door the main living area is directly in front of you and the primary bedroom, bathroom and laundry are to your left. The main living area is spacious with plenty of seating, a cozy fireplace, large dining room table, fully appointed kitchen and wall-to-wall windows that overlook the deck and large greenbelt area. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a King size bed, ample storage space and has its own entrance to the first floor bathroom. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a full size bath with tub/shower combination. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. The second has two full size beds.

I don’t usually leave reviews but since the property didn’t have any I thought I would. We enjoyed our stay and the host answered all questions promptly. We would definitely stay again. Pagosa is split into 2 sections of town and this is a great location if you want to be on the west side of town. I have used VRBO since 2006 and I don’t know when iTrip and VRBO merged but I could have done with less messaging from iTrip. I think that is probably more of an issue with VRBO though.
