Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Rad Beach House"! This home sleeps up to 6 guests.

Ideally located between downtown Pacific Grove and Lover's Point just two blocks from the water. Beaches, parks, recreation trails, and restaurants surround this timeless Victorian cottage, offering the best of beach town living with lovely indoor/outdoor spaces and endless activities to enjoy. Bordered by the serene Caledonia Park, this property enjoys a rare street-to-street layout. The home has classic architectural details and an inviting atmosphere.

With Big Sur to the south and all the incredible amenities offered by The Monterey Peninsula, this is a perfect beach getaway. We are sure you will want to return again and again.

Living Space
This is an 1,195 sf, 2-level home. A privacy fence partially encloses an outdoor seating space near the entry where you will be greeted by a beachy motif that carries through the rest of the home.

So much charm and all the modern appliances and amenities to make you feel at home.
A central island provides ample counter space plus casual seating.

We just spent 4 days at this property and loved it! Sunny, clean, super comfy beds. I think the best feature is you can walk six minutes to the beach or six minutes the other direction to a very charming and walkable business district. Perfect for our little family vacation with two kids age 17 and 20.

Great Location!

We were very cozy in the house, beds were comfy, good stock of utensils, cups, plates, beach towels, patio furniture. Within walking distance of everything- Lover's Point, Museum a Natural History, Lighthouse Blvd, nice Farmer's Market on Mondays. The Salty Seaman carving on porch surprised me everytime!

Rad Beach House

Comfy, cozy home within blocks of Lovers Point. We enjoyed the location, the great condition of the home (originally built in the late 1800's!) and the communications with the management company was excellent. I volunteer every year for the AT&T Pro-Am golf and have stayed in this area for the past dozen years. This home will be added to my list of favs.

Walking distance to downtown Pacific Grove and to Lover's Point Park. It's a 5 minute drive to Cannery Row and the Acquarium. It will take longer to find parking than drive there.The home itself is clean, functional, and very well maintained. Note the mattresses are a little on the soft side if that matters to you (not an issue for us)The only thing to be mindful of is if you have small children, the heating system uses a natural gas fireplace so you have to set up a barrier around the fireplace to prevent kids from running into it.The service was exceptional. They called us on Thanksgiving to wish us a nice holiday and make sure we had everything we needed.
