Our villa boasts brand-new furniture and is a perfect place to stay.
This house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can book an entire level for exclusive use of the private space. This house includes air conditioning and fan in every room, comfortable queen-sized beds , a study desk and bedside tables. It's just 500 meters from Plaza. Only 250 meters from bus stops for routes 444, 430, and 435, offering direct access to city.
The space
We offer a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and three comfortable guest bedrooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature in any season.

Our bedding is made from organic cotton, providing a soft and comfortable touch for your skin. The mattresses are medium-firm, and we offer both soft and firm pillows to ensure every guest enjoys a restful sleep.

The open kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient for you and your family to enjoy the fun of cooking together. The spacious dining area is not only a place to enjoy delicious meals but also an ideal space for family gatherings and conversations.

Our laundry room is equipped with brand-new washing and drying machines and has direct access to the outdoor garden, making it easy for you to air-dry your clothes. The garden is lush and green, providing a relaxing retreat.

Our bed and breakfast is ideally located just 500 meters from the shopping center and only 11 kilometers from the city center. The house is situated on a gated street, ensuring a safe and private environment, making it a tranquil haven in the bustling city.

The house is spacious, bright and airy, and in a quiet location close to the shops. The bedrooms were tastefully done with lovely crisp clean cotton bedding. The kitchen had the basics - could do with some more utensils. Some minor repairs required (door handles, lamps). The host was prompt in her communication and very kind. We had an enjoyable stay.

My family and I stayed here to watch the cricket games in Brisbane and Gold Coast, we had the most beautiful time staying at this place. It was very clean and had a super homey atmosphere, it felt like I was coming home each night. Both Alice and Jessy stayed in contact with me and helped with an easy and secure check in and check out. Highly recommend this place for anyone’s next stay.

Two-night family of six stay

Quiet and secure location was handy for our visit. Plenty of room with four well-appointed bedrooms and main with ensuite very suitable for family of six (3 adults and 3 children). Main living area has ample space as well. Kitchen is equipped but could do with another pot and some baking and serving dishes. Grateful for the undercover garage which accommodated our two SUV's which was appreciated in the weather and for ease of unloading/loading car. Note, the driveway is quite steep and can be difficult to walk up/down in wet weather. There are also steps beside the driveway too. Communication with Jessy was excellent. She was very responsive to our requests for assistance. Alice lives downstairs and is available if needed. We would definitely stay again.

Since childhood, I have always loved dancing and hiking. I firmly believe that the best travel experiences come from exploring a city on foot, feeling its rhythm and stories. Throughout my journeys, I’ve not only connected with nature but also learned to enjoy every moment in a slower, more mindful way.
The inspiration for running Serenity Haven Villa comes from my passion. I love arranging every detail of my family's travels, from accommodation to food, always aiming to make them feel at home. That's why I decided to bring this same care and warmth to more travelers. For me, running this bed and breakfast is not just a business; it's a way of life. I hope every guest who stays here feels the warmth of home and the beauty of travel.

The reason I chose this house is because I appreciate two aspects of it: First, its excellent location. There are multiple bus routes nearby that offer easy access to the city center, and a shopping town is just behind the house. Although it’s in a bustling area, the house is situated on a quiet, secluded street, providing a peaceful retreat amidst the city's vibrancy.
Second, the layout of the rooms is exceptional. Whether it’s the natural light or the airflow, the house offers a particularly comfortable living environment, ensuring a healthy atmosphere for all who stay here.
