The spacious high-quality & well equipped 125 sqm villa (built in 2023) is located at Alsancak Girne/Kyrenia. within 5 minutes’ drive from popular beaches, restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, banks, and Casinos.
The space
The 2 floors semi-detached villa has 2 bedrooms + 1.5 bathrooms with a total of 2 double beds and one large sofa bed hosting up to a total of 6 guests (+babies).
Downstairs, there is a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with a separate WC. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a WC and a shower.
The property’s outdoor space includes a front car park area and back patio with outdoor dining area.

-TV set, incl. Satellite Chanels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+
-Reversible climate control (heating & cooling)
-Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster)

Sheets and towels are provided and refreshed on a weekly basis.
Beach equipment (towels, volleyball, beach tennis, frisbee) is also provided for free.
Regular cleaning service can be provided at an extra fee.
A baby cot is available upon request.
Babysitter also available at hourly rates (booking in advance is recommended)
You will find a detailed manual with suggestions on perfect beach spots, restaurants, and activities in the area (as an online guidebook format)
Please note that the house is entrusted to you in perfect condition and clean. We simply ask you to return it in the same condition (dishes made, empty bins, etc.)
