Gran villa de 3 dormitorios con baño en suite al dormitorio principal. Baño comunitario arriba y baño adicional en la planta baja. Amplia cocina comedor con sala de estar independiente. Balcón del dormitorio principal con vistas a la piscina. Balcón en el piso superior con acceso desde el aterrizaje y 2 dormitorios. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. La cocina dispone de lavavajillas, horno / cocina, nevera-congelador. El lavadero cuenta con una lavadora. Esta villa cuenta con todos los ingredientes necesarios para un descanso maravilloso verano. 10m x 5m piscina privada. El nuevo campo de golf y club de Korineum reciente apertura está a sólo 15 minutos en coche, con sus 18 campo de golf de agujero, espectacular casa club y academia, que cuenta con la práctica campo de prácticas chipping / área de poner, y una zona de prácticas de 3 agujeros que comprende par3 / 4/5. La ciudad portuaria de Kyrenia está a sólo 5 minutos en coche con su abundancia de restaurantes y bares establecidos en esta maravillosa romántica circundante. Hay muchas playas para elegir el más cercano está a 5 minutos de distancia.


Aeropuertos: Aunque el aeropuerto de Ercan, en el norte parece la opción más obvia, posiblemente, la mejor ruta es volar a Larnaca en el sur, esto es debido a que hay muchas más compañías aéreas que vuelan allí para una mayor competencia de precios. El trayecto desde Larnaca es de aproximadamente 1 hora y 10 minutos, y desde Ercan 40 mins. Vuelos a Ercan pueden dirigirse a través de Turquía, otra buena razón para volar directamente a Larnaca.

Información Local: Chipre del Norte es la zona turca de Chipre. La moneda aquí es lira turca aunque aceptarán Sterling todas partes. Se conduce por la izquierda como nosotros y la mayoría de los bares restaurantes tiendas hablarán Inglés. Esta parte del mundo es virgen todavía y es un destino turístico ideal para familias y parejas. La abadía de Bellapais maravillosa sienta en la ladera con vistas al complejo, hay algunos restaurantes aquí que proporcionan una impresionante vista hacia el océano a continuación.

Si necesita una noche de fiesta sin los niños podemos proporcionar un servicio de canguro. Tenemos amigos ingleses que viven enfrente de nuestra villa, tienen 2 hijos y cuidar a los niños con regularidad en la zona. Puedo proporcionar el número de teléfono de contacto de las señoras, si es necesario. La tasa es de 5 € por hora.

Traslados y alquiler de coches: El trayecto desde Larnaca en el sur es de aproximadamente 1 hora y 10 minutos, de Ercan en 40 minutos aprox norte. Podemos organizar traslados para usted desde el aeropuerto. Si volar a Larnaca hay que cruzar la frontera por lo que tendrá que tener las transferencias dispuestas, esto no es un problema, podemos tener a alguien esperando a su llegada. Costos aproximados de las transferencias son £ 90 regreso de Larnaca, libre de Ercan si el alquiler de un coche, de lo contrario £ 40 regreso.

Excellent pool area although could have done with more shade because of the intense heat . Lovely kitchen area although again stifling hot as no A/C downstairs . Overall a lovely villa in an excellent area . Walkable to a shop and indian restaurant which served us well on the arrival day

The villa was everything we hoped for. Loads of space, the pool area was fantastic.The area was a little disappointing, lots of roadworks made getting around a bit of a challenge. This wouldn’t put us of returning as they are obviously trying to improve the road network.Overall a great holiday, lovely beaches, some great restaurant and beautiful villa.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location is a short drive to supermarkets and Kyrenia town, but quiet enough we did not hear any traffic or noise during our stay. There are shops/restaurants/cafes nearby to stock the massive fridge for meals, and use the outdoor bbq for dinner. Upstairs is air conditioned, so the bedrooms were kept cool during the night - we kept the doors open downstairs during the day to get some air through the property. The pool is the big selling point. It was cleaned and topped up twice a week, and is great quality - no cracked tiles or signs of ware and tear. Any issue we had, Trevor responded very quickly to ensure we had everything we needed.

Fab family holiday

Fantastic swimming pool! Great location with car hire as so close to everything. Villa had everything we needed and highly recommend. Some great local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Taxis found us hard to find but cheap to use when they do locate you. Host was lovely and really helpful with making sure our stay was straightforward.

Beautiful Villa

This villa was perfect for our family. On arrival it was spotless. The pool area is stunning with great views of the mountains. Trevor answered any questions we had quickly. We will definitely be returning to this villa!

Fabulous pool and villa

This villa is beautiful and spacious with everything you could possibly want. As for the pool, it is stunning. We had a great week here, mostly spent in the amazing pool! A car is definitely needed but that was easily arranged via the owner, as were transfers.

Amazing Villa, brilliant location. Photos don’t do it justice

Everything was amazing with the property, and the pictures online do not do the villa justice. Such a fantastic pool and bbq was great too. The host was great and very efficient in helping with hiring a car and transfers to and from the airport. So many things around the villa to visit, shops, bars, casinos, it is a lovely area with the beach very close to the villa. 10 min from Kyrenia centre and weather was unbelievable. Will definitely return to the same villa in the future.

A fabulous break!

Hi All Just thought I'd let you all know how lovely our holiday was at this villa. The service was excellent, with a contact nearby who helped us find the villa and settled us in. Owner was also kind enough to arrange car hire for us which took a lot of the worry out of it and got us a really good rate. The villa itself was in excellent condition, well maintained, well decorated and very spacious and the outside space was wonderful (pool, gardens and bbq area). We will definately be looking to book this villa again.

Excellent family accommodation

Such an amazingly beautiful villa. Would recommend without hesitation.We went as a family of 3 adults 1 teen and 1 child. Was amazing. So relaxed in such a peaceful location. Close to the main town, but not too close. Trevor was so helpful and everything went so smooth on arrival and departure. Everything you could ask for has been provided. Best we have ever stayed and we will definitely be back. Ca not fault it 5*

Fun in the sun

We had a great stay, we were between Kyrenia and the coastal resorts so access to everything. Not to far to several places to eat and within walking distance to Rafters. The villa is beautiful and the pool area is very well maintained. The owner was amazing nothing was to much trouble which made it one of the best experiences so far. The owner also has amazing neighbours. If you want a trouble free stay in peaceful and amazing surroundings this is the place to be. Thank you

Family trip for a wedding

Lovely modern and spacious property with a nice pool and gardens in a quiet neighbourhood between Kyrenia and Bellapais Abbey. Close to everything we needed including shops and restaurants within walking distance but would recommend a car. The whole process from airport transfers to car hire was very professional and well organised by Trevor the host. He was extremely helpful and even arranged a camp-bed for my elderly mother so she could stay on the ground floor. Highly recommend Trevor and this property. A great base to explore the north of the island.

This place is a gem!

We booked this villa from Washington DC without knowing what was awaiting us in Cyprus. We were pleasantly surprised with the superior service provided by our host, villa itself, neighborhood, impressive Rafters restaurant nearby and much more. We truly enjoyed our 11 day stay here and given the chance, we will for sure rent this villa again. To provide a bit more detail: - Impressive swimming pool - WiFI works really well even for frequent zoom meetings with the USA - Very quiet and friendly neighborhood - Superior location. Everything is within reach with a few minutes of drive. Plus, Rafters restaurant is walking distance. - Our host Trevor was always available and attentive in case we need anything If you ever need a place to stay in Kyrenia area, do not hesitate!

Spacious property

Property was easily accessible from the Main Street very spacious the swimming pool was the highlight for us. The property manager was supportive and helpful The only things that were disappointing was the property car hire agency their service was poor and very unreliable. I recommend you arrange your own car hire There is no smart TV at the Property so for sports lovers and trying to relax with a Netflix movie was limited we used our laptops and the WiFi was limited in the main bedroom. The property offers a collection of dvd movie library option…. A manual on the use of appliances location of switches would be useful as all appliances were switched off on arrival. Otherwise the property was a good property

Its all about the pool

My wife and i stayed at the villa for three weeks...last week in may and first two week's in june. The villa was spotless on arrival and is well equipped with everything you could posdibly need , however you do have to hunt around for things as there are cupboards and swiches everywhere. The beds were extremely comfortable and the aircon was a welcome addition on the hot nights. The villa is situated in a residential area away from the main town and was very peaceful, the town centre is only a ten minute drive or a 30 min walk away. I arranged the transfers and car hire through Trevor which made life simple and i couldn’t fault either service. As in the title, the villa is dominated by the pool (which i believe was recently upgraded) The pool was excellent and was maintained faultlessly, it really is a superb space to chill out.

Amazing host

Trevor was so very helpful nothing is too much trouble .we have stayed in many villas in various places and he was definitely the best host we have experienced . I think I asked him too many questions; he was very patient with us. He helped arrange our transfers to and from pathos and our hire car. At the end of our holiday he arranged for us to spend time in a local hotel before we travelled home. The villa pool is large clean and very warm. The area around is large and clean. The beds are comfortable and the seating outside is lovely. We used the b b q which worked out well. Be prepared for occasional power cuts, there are candles in the house. There is an Indian restaurant within walking distance which was great. If you like to spend time with other English people( ex pats) go up to the village where there are a few bars and restaurants.We absolutely loved Bellapais, the restaurants there are very authentic and the views lovely. Our favourite place during the day was a beach club called shayna. Reasonably priced. Another nice thing to do is visit the Etel winery. Great wines again not expensive. Thank you Trevor for allowing us to stay in your house and being so helpful.

Gorgeous, peaceful villa in the sun - must book!!

Myself and my friends booked this villa for a wedding at Bellapais abbey after a couple of weeks of searching for the perfect listing and we were so so pleased with our choice. The villa is located around 7 minutes from the abbey and 10 minutes from the harbour (via car) so it was a prime spot for being nearby to local attractions but also located in a quiet residential area perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The villa itself was clean and the pool area was spacious with a bbq and dinner table perfect for putting together spreads. There was a market located 10 minutes away on foot where you could grab essentials (food, washing up liquid etc..). The pool was also maintained during our stay as well as the gardens. There was also a washing machine and dish washer available and air conditioning in the bedrooms for those warm nights. The bedrooms themselves were spacious and clean. The double bedroom had a balcony to enjoy the views. Overall we were so sad to be leaving and would definitely come back. Trevor is a great host who replies promptly to messages and can help to book transport from the airport and car hire if needed ( I would recommend hiring a car especially if you are here). If you book this villa you will not be disappointed!

Trevor’s property is outstanding. Everything is exactly like the photos.

Excellent communication with the host who really went out of the way to organise and follow up on our airport transfers. I would highly recommended a stay at Trevor’s. The bbq and covered area were an added bonus together with the superb swimming pool. Everything was perfect and accommodation worked very well for our party of eight.

Absolute first class accomodation!

We stayed at this villa for 7 days (end August/beginning of Sep 2022). It was simply faultless. We understand from the owner, Trevor, that the pool is only a few years old, it was superb! The location is great for the local shops and Ozankoy Village, and only 2 miles from the centre of Kyrenia. We would certainly recommend it, and will be re-booking again in the future! Highly Recommend!!

Myself and my family have just come back from a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The villa is located within a residential area which is very peaceful and also well kept. Shops are a 5 minute walk away and a 15 minute walk to a large supermarket (Lemar). The villa is very clean and spaciously laid out, with the most beautiful pool, garden seating area and picturesque views of the mountains. You will only need to bring your clothes as the villa has everything you would need whilst away – Sunbed towels, hairdryer, DVD player. Trevor the owner has been so helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with (thanks Trevor). We will be back next year – Highly Recommend!!

We first visited North Cyprus in summer of 2003 on holiday. The girls were looking for some gifts to bring home whilst we looked around Bellapais Abbey, I stumbled across an estate agents to pass the time. The story starts there, I saw the plot with the building plan and 12 months later we had a villa. We have rented since then, there have been quite a few changes over the years, not least the new pool and terrace installed in the spring of 2019. You won't find many places that have the new style of pool or terracing that we can offer. It's fairly new to N. Cyprus and not many rentals can offer this. Close to the harbor town, close to the beaches, close to Bellapais Abbey. The golf course is a 20 minute drive along the coast to Korineum Golf & Country Club.
