Hermosa villa aislada con piscina privada, en las afueras del pueblo de Ozankoy

La villa se encuentra en un tercio de un acre y es muy luminosa y bien ventilada. Tiene un plan abierto en la planta baja que incluye un gran salón y un arco a través de un comedor de cocina muy grande. Tiene tres dormitorios muy grandes en la planta superior, todos con sus propias terrazas con impresionantes vistas al mar, las montañas o ambos. Hay otras tres terrazas en la planta baja que incluyen una gran área de terraza con piscina de desbordamiento de 5m x 10m. Los jardines son jóvenes pero incluyen palmeras, olivos, frutales, buganvillas y mucho jazmín, que huele maravilloso al atardecer.

We had a great time at this beautiful villa. The swimming pool is one of the best we have had at any holiday villa. Large, well maintained and in a beautiful setting. The villa is located only a few mins walk from the local village centre with a small shop, and a few restaurants. The villa itself is really large with plenty of bathrooms and A/C in the bedrooms and lounge. The villa is set back off the road and feels very private, on the days we relaxed by the pool we didn’t see or hear anyone.

Best pool

The pool was perfect and well maintained , the grounds and orchard were beautiful the villa was perfect plenty of space for two of us we would recommend this villa to anyone. We love northern Cyprus anyway.

Fantastic Villa.

We have just returned from Villa Yaz Serin and what a fantastic holiday we have had. After a minor hiccup at the start of the holiday, which was quickly rectified, we couldn’t have stayed in a more perfect villa. The location, setting and pool were all great and suited us perfectly. We have holidayed in North Cyprus villas for the last 10 years and I would say this villa is defiantly our favourite...we’ve already booked for next year!! Thank you Vedia for letting us stay in you beautiful villa.

Still superb!

The first time we stayed here 2 years ago we said it was the best villa we had hired anywhere in Europe. Two years later we just had to return, we now think, yes, guess what? - it’s still the best villa we’ve ever stayed in.Slight hiccup on arrival but quickly sorted with Vedia.We aim to return asap.Thank you. Sunny Cyprus

This was the second time we stayed at Villa Yaz Serin and it was perfect again in every way. We introduced our granddaughter to Northern Cyprus this year and we all loved relaxing around the beautiful pool, snoozing on the sheltered terrace and enjoying the stunning views from the upstairs terrace. The villa is a real home from home. Thank you Vedia for providing the extras for Milly. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

The villa was lovely , light and airy and very private, ......Although in a beautiful setting was very hard to locate with instructions given as it is tucked away down a little road , You definitely need a car to get around is about 3 miles from main town , Downside was ....... couldnt connect to internet through our whole stay

Lovely villa with a beautiful pool

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a Villa with everything you want for a comfortable stay. It was a good base to explore the area and we enjoyed our trips out. The views from the villa are beautiful. The upstairs balcony offers a panoramic view of mountains to one side and the sea on the other. We would recommend car hire but that was easily arranged including pick up from the airport. The centre of the village is a short walk away and there are restaurants there at good prices. Beaches are a short drive away although we used the local Shauna beach club as for 15TL you got excellent sun beds and good facilities. The process of renting was very easy with good communication. If you’re looking for an excellent value trip then this Villa fits the bill.

EXCELLENT!

We have stayed in innumerable villas over the years, in several European countries and can confidently say this is the best ever! Cannot fault the accommodation and location. Clean, well maintained and everything we needed equipment-wise. The welcome pack was just that - welcome, after a long journey. The large pool was well used and the views front and back (sea, mountains) are very special. The owner even provided a fan, at our request, as we prefer not to use air-con. If we return to the area there is no doubt where we would want to stay. Thank you.

May holiday

Unfortunately we are unable to give a fair review as I was taken ill on the flight out. I was so stressed that my son flew out on the following Monday.. Being in our mid 80's we felt we needed support from our family. As you will understand our holiday was very disrupted due to hospital trips etc. We have booked another two week holiday in September in this villa, but due to my health issues we are going to reluctantly have to cancel this.

Relaxing holiday

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Villa Yaz Serin. The villa is clean and well equipped, and the pool was lovely. I particularly liked the light and airy master bedroom with bougainvillea tumbling over the balcony and a view to the sea. The wifi signal was good, even when sitting out on the terrace. The position of the villa is excellent as you can walk to a handful restaurants in Ozankoy, but a short drive will also take you to a huge choice of restaurants in Kyrenia and Bellapais. Special thanks to Vedia's uncle who got someone to restore the internet almost immediately after a night-time storm knocked it out.

Excellent villa in quiet location.

Have just returned from a lovely two week holiday in an excellent villa. Everything about the villa was first class. The villa had every amenity you could want and the pool and the surroundings were quiet and private. We have stayed in a number of villas over the years but this was by far the best ever. We hope to return.

we had a wonderful family vacation . it was fabulous. the house is beautiful, the pool is wonderful . the family of the owner is really nice and very diponible. our kids loved the pool, more the cartoon channel for children on tv. the villa is located in a beautiful village , not far from town . there are many restaurants and activities for the family . Vedia , thank you and we will come back it's sure !! . I recommend this villa to everyone without hesitation. safaa

Excellent Villa exactly as described on the Tin

Everything as described and lots of little extras plus welcome pack and friendly cats. Had a light bulb go on day 1 and fixed by 'caretaker' very quickly. Had a minor issue with Hot water but there is an electric boost if needed. Well maintained and very clean. We liked St Hilarion castle the best and ate outside all the time and only once went to a local restaurant called Rafters. Lots of space and would very adequately cope with 6 adults. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay at Villa Yaz Serin

Hi Vedia/ David Well what can I say, we had a brilliant holiday staying at your villa it was like home from home, everything we needed was there to make it feel that way. The villa was very comfortable, spacious, clean and the position of the villa made it a very relaxing and peaceful. It was in an ideal spot, close enough to walk either to the local village or further afield to local restaurants and bars. The pool was beautiful as was the area around it BBQ etc, and the gardens, well, again beautiful, Roy certainly enjoyed watering and tending to it enormously, he just wished it was his back at home. I have to mention your Aunt and Uncle, Kemal and Sermin, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and not to forget your niece, she was lovely. They were all very welcoming and helpful, please give them our love. I hope that we left the villa to your liking, there were just 2 towels that need washing on the last day, as we were using them we didn’t find the time, sorry. We do hope that this won’t be our last visit to the villa and I’m sure it won’t. Once again Vedia thank you for letting us rent you beautiful villa and hoping for a return in the future. Vedia is a Turkish Cypriot who lives in the UK and has a huge family on the island. Vedia started coming on holiday to the TRNC every year in about 1997 and has loved it more and more ever since. She finally decided to buy a plot of land in 2003 and had the villa built shortly afterwards.

The family actually stayed in the villa for the first time in the summer of 2004 and now it is a home from home where friends and family come to enjoy the total relaxation of this wonderful villa which is set on it's own in a large plot.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with the area as Ozankoy is a trully quaint original Turkish village. Importantly, it is located near to our family who manage the villa whilst we are not there and also Ozankoy itself has a couple of little shops but is also only ten minutes from Kyrenia itself.

The real draw of the plot originally was that it was a large plot on it's own with sea and mountain views and also the fact that it is very close to the beautiful Bellapais Abbey.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The uniqueness of the villa is the fact that it is on it's own and is not part of a complex of villas. The gardens have a multitude of fruit trees including bananas, figs, lemons, oranges, grapes, olives and many others. There are also a number of beautifully fragrant plants such as jasmin.
