• General: our apartment offers an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and style.
• Kitchen: Well-appointed with all the basic cooking appliances, sleek finishes, and ample storage. Our kitchen features gas cooktop, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
• Living Area: the open-plan living room features a split system for heating/cooling, a TV, sofa and floor to ceiling windows allowing abundant natural light into the apartment plus access to the balcony.
• Private Balcony: Perfect for relaxation and entertaining.
• Bedroom: Generously sized with built-in wardrobe and access to the bathroom. Our bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed.
• Bathroom: Modern fixtures and finishes, with functional design with access from the bedroom and to the apartment hallway for extra convenience.
• Amenities: The apartment is equipped with its own washing machine, dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Climate Control: Our apartment features a split system in the living area.
• Parking: There is street parking around the building. Time and other parking restrictions apply. Guest may need to pay for street parking depending on the street.
• Security: restricted access to residents only.
• Public Transport: Easy access to trams in South Melbourne for convenient commuting.
