Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad that you enjoyed your stay in the home but we're sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the trash and toilet paper. Just like at home, our vacation rental follows a scheduled trash pickup day. Unfortunately, if a previous guest has generated more waste than usual, we don’t have the ability to have it removed before the designated collection time. We do our best to manage this, but there are some limitations when guests overlap or check out close to pickup day.

Regarding the supplies, as outlined in our guest charter, the home is stocked with a very basic starter pack, which includes minimal paper products and essentials to get you started.
