この美しく、魅力的で明るい3ベッドルームの家は、独自の熱帯の温水プールがあり、西ブレーデントンにあります。フェンスで囲まれた大きな裏庭には、美しい自然のままの青いプールと緑豊かな造園を見渡すラウンジチェアがたくさんあります。真新しいプールには、何時間も楽しさ、楽しさ、そしてもっと楽しい時間を提供する大きな浅い深い端があります。

アンナマリア島のフロリダで最も有名な白い砂浜と世界的に有名なシエスタキービーチまでわずか数分。 IMG Academyまでわずか5分、サラソタ空港まで15分です。ショッピング、エンターテイメント、レストラン、自然保護区、ゴルフコース、公共交通機関、レコムパーク（旧マッケニーフィールド）またはピッツバーグパイレーツのトレーニングキャンプに近接しています。

Stress-free pet accommodation

This property was perfect for us and our 2 Labrador retrievers. Spacious, clean, privacy fence completely enclosed backyard and host had dishes and treats ready for the pups arrival. The pool was well kept, clean and several pool & beach toys were available to use. Great neighborhood for walking the dogs and felt safe going for a jog.The appliances were all in good working condition. Kitchen was great for making our food and with grocery store 5 minutes away, it was very convenient. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Very easy to work with. This is a great place for families with kids and or fur babies.

Cute Place

We were in town overnight for an athletic competition and this place had everything we needed, just wished we got to spend more time here. We brought our senior dog and the backyard was more than spacious. Communication with the property manager was great. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

Maggie is a great communicator and is very accommodating. She even left us sideline chairs for our games. Great location for tournament at IMG.

Great Place, Great Hospitality

This was the perfect place for our family to stay at during our vacation. It was very clean and everything that you could need was supplied in the house (pool toys, towels, toiletries, dishes, laundry essentials, kids toys/board games, extra blankets, etc). The neighborhood was quiet and was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and it was close to multiple beaches. Maggie was an incredible host; her hospitality was beyond amazing! Tropical storm Debby happened in the middle of our stay, but the house held up nicely and Maggie made sure to check on us and our wellbeing. She was even kind enough to leave me a little birthday present. Maggie’s property may just become our go-to place to stay at when we travel to Florida. I highly recommend staying here! :)

Beach Time

First and for most AMAZING communication from Maggie. Property as stated and was extremely clean, pool very nice especially after a Hot Day @the 🏖️ Beach. Would definitely recommend property 10/10. Maggie’s is AWESOME.

vacation getaway

the house and Maggie where both awesome , the property was located perfectly for us , room for our boat and truck , and we had a vehicle brake down and Maggie was able to help us !!! took my wife to the part store to get parts we need to continue on with our vacation !!! thank you maggie so much! pool was amazing for us at the end of each day!!

Paradise Retreat stay

My wife and I stayed Apr 25 - May 2, 2024. There may comments on be on a busy road, and while that's true, it did not bother us at all, and I would rather have the street next to the house than another house. The neighborhood was very quiet (people, not cars) and the house behind is very close and sound travels over the fence. The house is a little older with only 1 bathroom, which was fine for the 2 of us. We really liked the screened in porch and the chairs in and out were comfortable. There were many items in the garage to use in the pool, but we also took chairs to the beach when went. The pool was very nice with both steps and a ladder. We thought the location was just about perfect for eating in Bradenton or going to Anna Maria Island. We would not hesitate to stay there again in a future visit.

Relaxing stay

The heated pool gave the house a feeling of holidays. Inside it was very quiet and relaxing. We had many amenities and space. Everything was clean. When we needed something or something was broken, the property manager answered very quickly and fixed the problem. The only minus was the noise from the street and from the installation to filter and heat the pool. Shopping for everyday was very near. Thank you Maggie!!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but on a busy road. The house had everything we needed. The pool was enjoyed by our kids. Communication with the owner was stellar! I would recommend!

Great House - it’s all there

Perfect place for a reset

I had the chance to stay at Maggie’s property with my 2 grandkids. It was perfect. So homey. We were able to have fun in the sun in the pool and gave me the perfect place to relax away from the stresses of every day and work. It’s really a perfect cozy place to stay if you get the chance.

Beautiful beach getaway

We stayed here for 5 nights and from the very start Maggie was wonderful! I have no idea what I was thinking by booking a 6 am flight (getting to the house around 11 am) with a 3 and 10 year old but I reached out and thankful the house was already ready for us so she let us check in early! She was already saving our trip lol! Her communication was awesome and she was very fast to respond if things were needed. We only had 1 issue arise but it was fixed in less than 24 hours and was perfect after that! The queen bed was most comfortable IMO but I am a bit of a bed snob haha! Also if you’re a light sleeper, I would suggest bringing some ear plugs just in case because there is *some* traffic noise. The pool is phenomenal! We spent a lot of time in it. There are pool toys and floats available as well. The only things I would change if I could would be the lighting at night. The outlets are controlled by switches which is fine and just a nuance of the house but we kept forgetting which went to which light/plug. It would also help to have some black out/noise cancelling curtains in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!! I cannot sing Maggie’s praises enough! She was a blessing and we enjoyed our stay!!
