Located directly on the Hwy this home was nice with a great fenced yard but very heavy loud traffic all night and day, had to walk on hwy to get to beach , had handicapped person with us made this a hard spot .beaches are beautiful but moclips is lacking

Great rental!

We enjoyed our time at the house. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog to run around. Checking in was very easy. The beach was a super short drive away! Thank you!

House was very cozy and inviting. Loved the fenced back yard!! Full kitchen with every utensil you can think of, high grade pans to cook on, nice touch! 2 full bathrooms was a plus also... Very quick drive to the beach 2 mins tops! AND LOVED THE OUTDOOR SHOWER!!! Best feature of the house! Would love to see a fire pit the next time we stay... wouldve been the cherry on top.

Close to beach!

I stayed there with my dad. The rest of my family had a rental nearby. I hosted appetizers on Thanksgiving. Then we all went clam digging. It was peaceful and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked and the door code is easy to use.

Dog retreat

Rob was great and accommodating. Took the dogs with us. Fenced yard was great. House was cute, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach access was just down the road. Took the dogs to the river and had a blast. Would definitely recommend especially if taking your furry friends. You don’t have to worry about taking them out on a leash with the fenced back yard.

We stayed again at this property for 10 days for our yearly beach vacation. Just like last year the property was very clean, and all met the expectations. We had a great time, 4 adults and our dog. There was one minor issue with a towel rack in the bathroom. The property manager responded quickly to resolve it. Kitchen was all equipped. Wi-fi worked great. The living room couches are a little saggy and not the most comfortable for us but not a big deal. We will come back again next year. Thank you!

Excellent property!

We had a great time. The house was really nice. We travel a lot and rent through Vrbo all the time. We learned that you can tell a nice place by the way it smells when you first step in. This property is newly renovated and it didn’t disappoint.Very well equipped kitchen. New appliances. The shower head outside on the deck is a life saver this close to the beach to get rid of all the sand.For negatives, there is no dishwasher but not a big deal for a short stay and a small party. The wifi was a little unreliable during our stay, dropping quite often.Oh, before I forget, there was no wine bottle opener thatwe could find. Luckily i had a multitool in my car. Overall great property, well kept large fenced backyard for our dog. We had an amazing stay.Thank you and we will see you again soon.
