* Pets are welcome subject to the consent of the owner - rural fencing surrounds the perimeter of the property only. Decking around the house has gates to close in a pet.

This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you are required to bring your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen.

If you wish to hire linen please call Victor Linen on 0419 803 769 or book on their website victorlinen.com.au. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. We do not offer a bed making facility, you will need to make the beds upon arrival.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

* NO PETS unless agreed in writing

* Payment is acceptance of our Terms and Conditions so please ensure you have read and understood them, and any cancellation refunds will have the credit card fee deducted
