Sails Apartment 5- Fishpen

This two-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor apartment has been beautifully renovated with stunning bold furniture and original artworks.

The complex itself is impressive. Located on Fishpen means you can leave the car at the apartment and walk everywhere. Stroll around the lake and grab an early morning coffee at Mitchies Jetty or laze by the pool in the morning and walk down the beach for the afternoon. You will be spoilt for choice.

The apartment has 1 x Queen bed (with ensuite and ceiling fan) and 2 x single beds (Also with a ceiling fan). The kitchen, dining and living space al face the stunning Merimbula lake.

Sails Apartment – Unit 5 has a full kitchen equipped with a coffee pod machine, dishwasher and microwave. With large sliding doors that open out to a stunning patio with lake views you will find yourself relaxing before you have even unpacked!

Reverse-cycle air conditioning, unlimited wifi, washer and dryer, and secure, undercover parking complete the picture. Sails Apartment – Unit 5 is easy living at its best. Please note that although linen is included, you will need to bring your beach towels!

There were no instructions or guides to help connect to Wifi (mobile reception/ coverage is poor in the area - internet unusable) or the Cooktop & Stove. Understanding it was a long weekend, I tried to make contact with the host several ways, they were non-responsive until I left a message on the emergency contact. Once in contact, support was fast.It was also clear that no one had stayed here for some time, obvious by the amount of dust and dirt on surfaces, including wardrobe shelves - might sound trivial, but our clothes became dirty after unpacking.These things overcome, the apartment is great and the location is superb. I would stay here again, knowing how to use utilities and I'd bring a duster and garbage bags.
