The Breakers Pambula Beach

Very unique property, newly renovated, with direct access the pristine beach from the front garden without crossing any roads. Sit on the balcony and look directly onto stunning views of Pambula Beach.

Three bedrooms (one queen, two singles/one double, and two sets of bunks). Brand new kitchen with dishwasher. Family bathroom as well as ensuite.

Large lounge and dining area (incl flat screen TV and DVD player) with amazing beach and water views opening onto large new deck with gas BBQ. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor shower.

Free Wi-fi. Large selection of books, DVDs and board games, beach equipment incl buckets and spades, boogie boards etc. Ironing facilities.

In addition to direct beach access, walking distance to café and general store in one direction and to popular Pambula River mouth with playground and great fishing in the other.

Access to both the patrolled main surf beach and the uncrowded Lion's Beach.

Kangaroos often lounge in the garden, attracted by the natural bushland setting that surrounds the area.

If you are visiting the property between July and November you are likely to witness the incredible annual whale migration. Sit back and watch the whales frolic up close!

Go to sleep and wake to the sounds of the rolling surf!

Our third stay here and it was a pleasure to be back. The beach house is comfortable and beautifully located with the ocean beach right in front of the house (accessed by several paths nearby) and the estuary a short walk away. Strolls through the pretty native bushland is also a high point. The large deck is great for outdoor lounging and BBQs. A perfect place to relax and soak up the beautiful Sapphire Coast!

A fabulous location on the coast with heaps of variety - the pristine ocean beach in front and the gorgeous estuary a short walk down the road. If you like the sound of waves, outdoor living, calming view and and secluded vibe, while a stone's throw from town, this place is hard to beat.

Wonderful beach house at Pambula Beach

We loved our stay here. A wonderful family house with wonderful views of sea and such easy access to the beach. Even though it was too cold for swimming we still had a wonderful beach holiday. There was everything we needed in the house including children’s toys, games and beach equipment. Thank you Nick - we will be back.

Excellent coastal retreat

A beautiful house in a truly idyllic location. Very quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes drive to Pambula village or Merrimbula. There was minor glitch on arrival but the matter was resolved quickly after contacting Nick the owner, who could'nt have been more helpful.

The Breakers was one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed in. The position couldn’t be bettered. From the balcony there is just grass running straight down to a pretty path to the beach. We could see whales breaching from the deck. House has everything you need. Very comfortable including the bed. Nick was a great host.

Lovely location

Property was lovely. The area was quiet which made for a very relaxing vibe. The houses location was perfect for just chilling out on the veranda taking in ocean views while babies and toddlers napped.
