Escape to this charming penthouse apartment in Sea Point, offering the
perfect base to enjoy the best of Cape Town. The penthouse is nestled
in a brand-new building just a stone's throw away from the popular Sea
Point Promenade. The V&A Waterfront is just a 10-15 minute drive away,
and a scenic 10-15 minute drive takes you to Table Mountain.
Alternatively, take a stroll or drive down to the world-famous Clifton
and Camps Bay beaches.
The space
Our penthouse is perfect for friends, couples, or business travelers,
looking for a comfortable and stylish home away from home.
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, washing
machine, and a tumble dryer, perfect for longer stays. Both bedrooms
have queen-sized beds for a great night's sleep, and the lounge offers
a comfortable modular designer couch and designer touches opening onto
a stunning balcony area with a mountain and ocean views.
For those working remotely, our space offers privacy. We also provide
unlimited Wi-Fi, and during load shedding, the building's generator
ensures that the power continues after a split changeover.
The penthouse is situated in a great location, close to popular
restaurants, cafes, and shops, such as Jason's Bakery and Giovanni's.
Whether you're in town for business or leisure, our apartment offers
comfort and convenience. Conveniently located next to the main road and
a stone's throw from the Sea Point Promenade and Table Mountain, two of
Cape Town's most iconic landmarks.

- Uncapped Wifi: Stay connected with high-speed internet, perfect for
remote work or staying in touch with loved ones.
