Situated on the third floor with breathtaking sea views. The main bedroom and lounge feature a large balcony.

Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and tumble dryer
Two bedrooms each featuring a King size bed that convert into Twin beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and the second bathroom has a bath and shower.

Complimentary wifi and use of communal outdoor swimming pool. Daily refresh included with housekeeping (linen and towel change) every 5th day.

    Beachfront condo in Cape Town

    The condo is in a great location with a wonderful view. There are lots of nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Everything was very clean and working properly in the unit. We will definitely stay there again.

    Mouille Point Condo

    Fantastic condo in a terrific location right on the beach. Great patio for viewing sunrises / sunsets. Uber to the Waterfront for ~ $5USD. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we will absolutely use it again.

    A Wonderful Base To Explore

    Brilliant quick and efficient check in with Albibio. The apartment is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding areas, it has a beautiful view and outside seating for dining as well as inside. We felt safe at all times and it was peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was immaculate and there were all of the kitchen utensils that we needed. There was free on the road parking outside of the apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay

    Dated, dirty, noisy

    Upon arrival, the broken fridge door handle was lying on the kitchen counter. It's clearly been (badly) fixed before. Broken toilet seat in main bathroom. "Master" bedroom had twin beds instead of the king-sized. Dirty crockery and cutlery. Chipped items and broken equipment. Poor quality, old furniture throughout and a very uncomfortable sofa. Windows don't seal well with a very noisy road and noisy building. Tumble dryer vents clogged - absolute fire hazard. Washing machine stinks. (Both located in the main bathroom and not in the kitchen, as stated.) This property is all about the view, yet the blinds are old, broken, and have dirty cords. View is fantastic and windows were clean. Would not recommend as poor value for money - better available in the area for the same price.

    Beautiful Mouille point

    Exceptionally clean, well stocked appliances. Great view, excellent walkable location close to stadium, port, shops, and restaurants with hop on/off bus stop right across street. We loved our stay here.

    Grossartige Lage des Appartements das mit dem nötigsten ausgerüstet ist. Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für uns hat es gereicht. Security am Eingang. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ideal.
