This waterfront, single level property boasts a fully renovated kitchen with everything you need to prepare a family dinner, a large dining table to seat your guests and a living room with a large Smart TV. The kitchen and dining table open up to the large verandah overlooking the canal which has views of the hotels in Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, stunning at night!

There are 5 bedrooms all with air conditioning and Queen beds (Unable to be split unfortunately), two of the bedrooms have access to their own bathrooms, the other 3 bedrooms have access to a modern bathroom with a shower. The lounge room has Air Conditioning. Parking on-site for two cars in the garage and two in the driveway.

Bring your fishing rods to catch dinner which you can cook on the BBQ while sitting back and enjoying the views from the deck. Or if your kids fancy a swim, they can jump in the pool which is quite quirky and set in the middle of the house!

This property is located close to the heart of Broadbeach, easily accessible by car or on foot. If you enjoy a bit of exercise, the walk to the beach, restaurants and Oasis Shopping Centre is only 3 km’s away. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is approximately the same distance away.

Very busy road. Beds were comfortable and linen service was good. Windows and insect screens dirty and damaged. Several sliding doors could no longer slide. Broken outdoor furniture and screens. Peeling deck. No bedside power point for bedside lamp.Very basic fit out. Cockroaches dead and alive. Met our needs as a place to sleep but that was all.

My honest opinion

The house looks great in the photos, but when you see it is a little different. A bit dated and needs a refresh throughout the home. The floors looked clean but after walking around a bit, we all had dirty feet. There was no tea towels and only 2 tablets for the dishwasher. The sliding doors need maintenance. Other than that, it was ok
