Please note water safety is your responsibility - please wear a life jacket when leaving the deck and entering water. Adults must supervise children at all times. Please ensure there won't be more than six adults on the pontoon at any time. Enter water only during the daylight hours. Keep you and others safe at all times; please note there are no lifeguards on duty on the property.

By renting Bungalow 58,
1. you accept that it is your responsibility to ensure your own safety and your family/children’s safety while using the lake.
2. You are responsible for any incidents in the water.
3. You agree to waive any claim against owners for accidents, injuries or claims arising from the water activities in the lake.
