This upgraded one bedroom plus loft condo with two full bathrooms, is in a location you can't beat close to the slopes perfect for a large family. With a shared covered parking garage, you can park and not move the car again, walk to Canyon Lodge lifts or walk to the Austria Hoff to enjoy the infamous happy hour. The complex offers great amenities, and you can enjoy being slopeside. The living room features a dining space for 4, a gas fireplace to cozy up on the sectional and a large 50" flatscreen Smart TV with Cable. The couch offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone counters offers a breakfast bar area with additional seating and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals, including a Keurig coffee maker. A full bathroom on the lower level offers a tub/shower combo. The unit has a private deck off the living room that you can enjoy the forest setting. On the upper level is the master bedroom featuring a Queen bed. The open loft is the perfect kids hang out spot and has a comfortable sectional with Queen sleeper sofa couch, ceiling fan, a 50" Smart TV with DVD and games. The second full bathroom is upstairs with a tub/shower combo. The shared covered parking garage below the unit means no shoveling required, and the community amenities checks all the boxes with an outdoor pool (Summer only), covered year-round hot tub and Sauna, laundry facilities, BBQs (Summer only) and tennis courts in the Summer. The unit also comes with an indoor secure ski locker to store all of your gear. In the Winter you can take the ski back trail and ski down to the complex, making this slopeside location even more convenient. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. There is one assigned garage parking spot, with additional parking available outside on a first come, first serve basis. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 12 stairs in an enclosed stairwell from the garage to the unit, please note there is no elevator and the unit is on the second floor, there are two levels inside.
