Great place, clean, fun, good for kids. Lots of games and things stocked in the unit. Only downside is if you have heavy footed people staying upstairs. The floors are very thin so we could hear every step. Made it hard to sleep when they were up late walking around.

Everything was perfect except the fireplace and the videogames on htmi2 did not work. I would like a little discount to make up for lacking amenitites. Everything else was up to or beyond what was expected. Indoor parking was essential with the snow storm.

Great location

Location is excellent, short shuttle ride away from the lifts. Comfortable stay, would stay again. Easy check in and out.

This is a great condo for me and my two boys for a week. It was very comfortable with lots of extras to relax and have fun. The beds are very comfortable, and there was a lot of space even for a few more people. The kitchen is well stocked and the fireplace was nice on the cold nights. The covered garage is almost a must and was great as Mammoth got 6 feet of snow that week. It’s only a few steps from the blue shuttle line, which is great too, but you don’t hear any road noise being right next to the shuttle line near the main road. It’s a few bus stops down from Canyon Lodge and I recommend staying on the shuttle in the morning and not getting off at the gondola in the village as those lines are long and the shuttle takes you right up to Canyon Lodge. Few things for awareness but doesn’t affect a great stay. No lockers for skis at garage level, but pay for locker at Canyon Lodge- worth it! Can hear footsteps and music in condo above, must be a rental too. Mammoth needs more shuttle busses- waiting for Blue line after skiing at Canyon Lodge at 4pm takes a while- suggest someone stops early and gets car to come pick up your group. I’d stay here again- great value.

Great place to stay!

We chose this location which was close to the hiking destinations we would be going to. The condo was so incredibly clean and had every convenience we needed. All aspects far exceeded our expectations and we loved the decor! We would definitely stay here again!

Shuttle to Canyon Lodge was convenient and easy. A really good way to get to the lifts. It is not very practical to walk to the Billage Gondala from here. Things that need attention, all easy fixes. 1) The shower in the 2nd bath does not drain well at all. We used the plunger on it but that only marginally improved drainage. 2) The toilet in the master bath required the plunger on the first flush of our visit. 3) The TP holder in the master bath is not well attached to the bathroom wall. Consequently the TP roll will readily fall to the floor with a small accidental nudge. 4) The wall heater in the master bedroom has a fan that will kick on and off several times in the night. It makes a loud and odd sound that I can’t replicate. But it woke me up several times every night. Please look into this!5) We didn’t find any info on the hot tub location. It would be nice to have that readily available. 6) FYI a 12 oz drinking glass broke while running the dishwasher.

Great Getaway

The condo was more than we expected, plenty of space and comfortable. We were close to Mammoth Village and a short drive to the lakes. We are planning to do this again in 2024.

Other than hearing the footsteps from unit above us and no elevator from the parking garage it was a nice place to stay. Pretty close to everything and the place was clean and cute.

Unit was conveniently located just 40-50 yards from a Blue line stop that takes you to the Village gondola or to the Canyon lodge. Rental process was easy and the unit was competitively priced for what we were seeking.

Cozy cabin with great location!

My friends and I did a girls ski trip and absolutely loved our stay here. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the garage parking was a HUGE perk as we were there during a storm. The kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities. One of the best parts was that the blue line shuttle stop is right outside the condo, which took us to Canyon Lodge (and also stops at the Village) helping us avoid driving and parking during peak season. We’ll absolutely want to stay here again, it’s a gem of a spot in Mammoth.

Great Place!

This is a great place to stay in Mammoth. We went up for a spring ski trip with our 2 kids (11 & 12) and this condo was perfect. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the couch was comfortable and looked new. The kitchen had everything we needed. The blue line bus stop is about 100 feet away which was very convenient. They also had a ton of games in the condo. We've stayed in lots of places in Mammoth and this was the best one yet. Would stay here again.

Good amenities. My disappointment was with the NO peds allowed requirements; because the condo has a dog smell and we are allergic to dogs/cats. Perhaps, we suffered from allergenic-causing allergy symptoms.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was very well equipped. Tons of board games, movies, well stocked kitchen, blankets, linens, everything you need. My teenage daughter and 10 year old son are already asking if we can stay here again. The condo itself was truly wonderful - the noisy people above us not so much (bring earplugs to sleep - every step sounds like an elephant is up there). Walkable to the village (even in a storm) or you can take the shuttle that conveniently stops just outside the building every 20 minutes. Our only regret was that our trip was cut short due to the severe weather/blizzard warning.

Good rental but not adequately set up for hot weather

The pros: good location, adequately stocked apartment, nice (very small balcony). The cons: We were in Mammoth when it was very hot, and the apartment has no air conditioning, and no cross ventilation. Even with all the windows open and the small fans going, it was a sauna in there. A small room air conditioner would have made all the difference.

Amazing cozy stay!

Really really enjoyed staying at this little gem!! This place is so so cute and cozy! Stayed here with my family and it was awesome! Parking was easy (one designated spot directly under the unit in the garage) and there are a few spots out front of the building that are first come first serve if you need an extra space to park. We cooked at the condo each night during our 3 night stay and the kitchen was fully equipped with basically everything you could possibly need! Super cute & cozy here! We were just absolutely in love with the place! Plenty of places to sleep if you have a group and the little nook is awesome! Plenty of TVs throughout the condo & lots of games to play too. We were here to ski Mammoth and there is a bus stop right outside the next condo building over that takes you either down the street to the village & take the gondola up to the mountain, or you can ride it all the way around to canyon lodge. The sauna & spa is a quick short walk from the unit and just needed after a full day of skiing! Plenty of pillows, bedding and extra blankets if you need it! Would definitely stay here again, we didn’t want to leave!!! Highly recommend this spot!!

Ski-tastic Vacation Unit!

The unit was all as advertised, clean, cozy, and convenient. My wife melted in the Lovesac after skiing. My boys( age 20 & 23) liked their nook of the unit with play room for their games. I appreciated the location for the shuttle to and from the Canyon Lodge and the village. We used the spa and sauna, a must after a day of skiing. Underground parking a plus, will definitely visit again.

Excellent location

Easy access to Canyon Lodge. Property is excellent for a family of 4. We loved it!!

Fantastic!

Our stay was incredible! The kitchen was so well equipped—we even made a Thanksgiving dinner—and the apartment was well appointed and comfortable. It was like a home away from home. We would have loved to stay longer.
