Property exactly as described. Clean spacious layout and well equipped. My only recommendation is to add some patio furniture to better enjoy the stunning view.
We had an excellent experience with our stay. Check in was a breeze and our host answered any questions super fast. The house is as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were super comfortable. We had 2 adults and a 16 and 8 year old. We all enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. We used the putting greens, ping pong tables, shuffle board and played the 18 hole golf course. It just takes minutes to be on the beach at SPI. We had a fabulous 9 day stay.
Pros: So close to the bridge to head over to the island - loved the convienence. Everything was clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. The view onto the golf course was nice. Dolphins swimming at property entrance was a nice surprise!Cons: Doors don't have locks and instructed to leave certain doors open for air circulation - privacy was very lacking with traveling with older teens. Shower is small and would be tight for a larger person. Only 3 recliners - for a family of 4, someone had to sit in a kitchen chair (not soft) when we watched movies. Ants in the kitchen when we arrived and throughout visit despite no food being left out. They were going between the window and light switch. Not the homes/properties fault - The mosquitos were on a whole new level! Worst I've ever experienced in Florida or Texas. We were constantly literally running from the swarms around the home when outside and still getting attacked. The covered pool was not clean (hair and film floating on the surface and smelled) and the enclosure needs repairs (wooden boards over broken windows). They had the roads tore up in the village and massive potholes everywhere. Can't rush - you'll get caught at the swing bridge.Overall, this is a great place to stay for the proximity to the island alone! Enjoyed out stay.
