Please note that the rooftop is shared and cannot be booked for exclusive use on Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve.

Please note the building is currently undergoing scheduled upgrades to its shared common areas (hallway cornices, painting and new carpets). Works take place during standard daytime hours on weekdays only, with the noisier stages expected over the coming couple of weeks (early Oct 2026). Your apartment itself is completely unaffected, and the end result will be a freshly refreshed building – we just wanted to let you know in advance so there are no surprises. The suburb is conveniently positioned close to the CBD and eastern suburbs. It has become a dining hotspot with a mix of hole-in-the-wall eateries and fine dining from award-winning chefs. Book in advance for restaurants such as The Apollo, Monopole, Cho Cho San and Fratelli Paradiso. Llankley Place is lined with delicious restaurants and cocktail bars, while the Kings Cross Organic Food Market is a local hangout each Saturday and Sunday. Check out beautiful nearby parks such as Rushcutters Bay, Beare Park and Arthur McElhone Reserve. It’s roughly a 30-minute walk to the CBD or hop on the train from Kings Cross Station and be there within minutes.

~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
