Take it easy at this comfortable oasis getaway. Gaze out of your living room or enjoy sitting on the balcony with wonderful privacy. This gorgeous 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is very well furnished, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, and full bathroom. You are only 3 minutes from the West Leederville train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor, there are about 12 steps to climb fyi. Excellent location across from Mueller Park. Secure parking for any size.

Subiaco is a great place to stay as it is an easy distance to the downtown either walking or grab the free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses. The West Leederville train station is just a few minutes walk away. You will be right across from Mueller Park a lovely spot to relax.
You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balcony for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Wifi through out, see your check in instructions. Keys are at the door in a handy lock box. Access to the parking requires you park on Subiaco Rd beside Meuller park on the street and head to the apartment mailboxes to collect the keys and FOB to access the parking area. There is an onsite complex laundry paid machines (we have supplied laundry soap). See your check in instructions for the laundry area code.
This apartment is located within a gated complex. A 3 minute walk to the Leederville train station makes it excellent for commuting when in Perth. A few blocks away and you are on Hay St or Cambridge offering shops and cafes enjoy. Across the street an excellent park to relax. Easy walking distance to the Free Zone bus service in Perth. Family quite complex so live like Perth does. There is ample parking for any size vehicle and you can park anywhere once you have passed through the gate.
Only 3 minute walk from the West Leederville train station. Only a few minutes walk from the FREE TRANSPERTH TRANSIT AREA , Transperth on the web for more details. Also Transperth is FREE on Sundays to anywhere
