Retreat to our cozy bedrooms, featuring two luxurious queen-sized beds for a restful night. Load up on ingredients and snacks at New World supermarket which is just across the road!

Designed for relaxation, the living area boasts a comfortable couch, Smart TV, air-conditioning/heat pump and a dining table that seats four. Enjoy the fresh air on the patio, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Mission Bay is a vibrant coastal suburb known for its picturesque beach and lively atmosphere. Just a short drive from the city center, it's a popular destination for both locals and tourists. The beachfront offers stunning views of Rangitoto Island and is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a leisurely walk along the promenade. Mission Bay is also home to a variety of cafes, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, making it a great spot for dining with a view.
Auckland CBD is just a 10-15 minute drive.

Kohimarama - is best known for its beach! The beach is well-maintained and has excellent facilities, including changing rooms, showers, and picnic areas, making it a great spot for a day out. Apart from the beach, Kohimarama also has a lovely waterfront walking track that stretches along the coast, offering stunning views of the sea and nearby Rangitoto Island. The track is ideal for leisurely walks, jogging, or cycling, and there are plenty of parks and playgrounds along the way.

Parnell - Known for it's variety of dining options, boutiques and galleries. Also many cool bars to check out. Non Solo Pizza is highly recommended if you're after great food, cocktails and buzzing atmosphere (for a mature crowd). Load up on fresh fruit and veg and enjoy a variety of food stalls every weekend at 545 Parnell Road is La Cigale - French Farmer's Market! There are also footpaths and bike trails that lead across the parklands of Auckland Domain.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The door is equipped with a digital keypad for access. We will send you full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date

Please look out for the link to your "Boarding Pass" on the morning of your arrival which will include all information for check-in, wifi, parking (if applicable) and the property's guest manual

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Parking: Complimentary parking is included with your stay, providing convenient and hassle-free access to your accommodation.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4 x tea/coffee, 6 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
