STR20-00175. This house has all the comforts of home with 3 BD, 2 full BA on one level!
This house is centrally located in Bozeman in a quiet neighborhood. It offers internet, cable, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, a private fenced back yard, and an attached 2 car garage. The great room has a 52' TV and a gas fire place. The master suite is complete with a very comfortable king size bed, dressers and a walk-in closet. Master bathroom has dual sinks, granite counters and a walk-in tiled shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms one with a queen size bed and one with a king bed along with full size closets and dressers. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas range and everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. The large laundry room has a side by side front loading washer and dryer. Take in the view of the Spanish Peak Mountains while enjoying your morning coffee on the covered back porch.

Great 3BR house with private, little yard in back on the edge of town but easy drive to everything! Well equipped kitchen where we prepped several dishes to take to Thanksgiving at our son's. House was very clean which we really appreciated. Gas fireplace was lovely for the chilly, snowy days. Definitely quieter than staying downtown. :)
