The building was built in 2011 and is very welcoming and stylish with its boutique-style residences. Steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, the inner harbour, and everything downtown Victoria has to offer, Oasis on Herald is a modern apartment boasting a large balcony equipped with a seating area and table, and a private BBQ. Enjoy the comfy king-sized bed, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, and TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Our 620-square-foot space is bright, has high ceilings, and has a patio off the living room area. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, an extremely comfy American leather couch, and an eating area with floor-to-ceiling windows. This sleeper couch is the most comfortable sleeper couch available. The Oasis on Herald will be a carefree experience for your stay in Victoria. For the security of owners and guests alike, there are security cameras mounted outside the front door of the building, in the building's interior hallways, and in the parking garage. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $290 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Send us an email or a message via CheckedIn, and we will respond with rates based on your preferred length of stay and details.
All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
There will be important check-in details sent to you from CheckedIn before your arrival, where you will receive detailed information on your property.
Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give a 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.

This is a truly special space ideally suited for relaxation while still living in the heart of Victoria. The space is well over 535 square feet, and is much larger than the 'micro' type studios. The huge patio is a big attraction for this unit.
