No Cleaning Fee!! Looking for family- friendly or workplace accommodation? We tick all the boxes. With 3 bedrooms, open plan living, big log fire, private off street parking on a flat section. Everything you need for cooking but if you don't feel like it a 1 min drive to a restaurant saves that hassle. There is a trampoline and a big back yard for the kids to burn off some energy. Also, a games room with arcade games with toys and board games to keep them amused.

Excellent, Spacious, Homely

This property is situated in a residential area but is a short drive to the town centre and Caroline Bay. It is a large home and is comfortable and cosy. The hosts had the fire set for us with plenty of firewood which had been brought inside for us. The kitchen is well equipped and there were a number of essential supplies available to use. The hosts had kindly left us biscuits and offered we use any herbs or vegetables from the garden. The kitchen has a little wear and tear but this is not an issue. There is a lovely patio where you can sit and enjoy the gardens. Parking is available in close proximity to unload bags. Our stay was very enjoyable and I recommend this property to those who are looking for a home to stay in. So much more than a motel!

A wonderful home away from home

Offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. A perfect family home which caters extremely well for young children, offering a variety of fun things to keep them well entertained. Lovely comfy beds too and contains all the amenities you need. Hosts extremely helpful and considerate. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Cosy and Comfortable

My family and I stayed at Corey and Andrea's property for the weekend, whilst visiting Timaru. We couldnt have hoped for a nicer home to call our own. The beds were super comfy, beautiful soft bedding and the shower water pressure was great. We had cooler weather but that meant we were able to make use of their log burner which kept the entire house super cosy. Our kids loved the games room and their selection of DVDs meant we were able to enjoy a family movie night when the rain kept us indoors. Location was fantastic, walking distance to the Lough Park which the kids loved! Thank you again Corey and Andrea.

Warm house and the host had thoughtfully gotten the fire going for us. The beds, bedding and pillows were amazing - so comfortable. Great after a full day of travelling.
