Very good apartment. Very poor booking experience.

Compact apartment, but very well set up and located. Worth noting courtyard is shared with business operated downstairs.Booking experience was v poor. Received payment demand from unknown entity. Didn't refer to property address or booking number. I presumed to be scam. Resulted in cancellation and re-booking requirement. Subsequent corro was confusing with some showing incorrect booking period. Invoice added a 'tax' amount that wasn't explained. We were relieved to be able to access the apartment on arrival. Then enjoyed our stay.

Inadequate and faulty appliances that were not addressed and we had no use of for the duration of the trip. The abundance in lack of communication and customer service from host and agent was the only incredible part of this stay
