View was good. Condo was very nice and well equipped. Property was a little run down. One elevator was out of service and the pool needed maintenance.

Close to the beach and could see the ocean from our room. If you rent this room through Vrbo keep in mind the nicest pool is not available to Vrbo guests to use which was disappointing. I would also advise you to bring indoor shoes. The floor did turn our feet black. I did email host about this Other than the floors, the place is nice. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. There is a nice table to sit. There is a nice wraparound balcony. Also to consider parking. The resort has 2 parking garages. Parking is tight. If you have a larger vehicle it was a challenge. Would I recommend this place. Yes, it wasnt bad for the price and was a quick walk to the beach. There are restaurants nearby.
