Villa Teranne really is as described a 'home from home'. We've holidayed in the Villamartín area for many years, in many villas, this villa is the best we've had the pleasure to visit. The villa is spotlessly clean in all areas, has a modern spacious kitchen with a very comfortable lounge with all required amenities throughout the villa available. Everything needed for our stay was provided. The pool and patio areas are amazing spaces with ample seating available in all. The sun bed cushions are such an excellent touch! The location of the villa is perfectly situated close to Villamartin Plaza, La Fuentes and La Zenia (to mention a few) for all bar and restaurant options and also the local beaches. The host of the villa, Annette, was very communicative throughout the booking process and although we never required any assistance during our stay, she was easily contactable if needed. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, loved our stay so much we've booked for next year already. Cannot wait!We had an amazing holiday and stay at Villa Teranne which was everything I expected and hoped for and more, thank you, Annette.

Thank you for your kind review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Your feed back enables other guests to try us at villa teranñe. I would agree a car is worth considering inorder to get around to the beach's from the airport etc. and visit local tourist attractions. However some people choose not to hire a car and stay local and enjoy the peace and quiet and have a more relaxing stay. There are plenty of Shopsresturants and bars are within walking distance

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The villa had everything we needed and was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a very enjoyable and stress-free stay. We really couldn’t fault it.The owner was also excellent to deal with throughout. Responses to our queries were always very quick. We did have one small issue when the person who was due to provide our airport transfer let us know, with only a few days’ notice, that they could no longer do it because of car trouble. We contacted the owner, who sorted out an alternative almost immediately. The replacement transfers both to and from the airport were seamless, and the situation was handled quickly and professionally.Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We’d have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others and would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

On arrival at the villa we thought it was lovely and very homely, but our experience changed this view. The sofa was dirty, downstairs bedrooms had a fusty smell and floors were dirty. In the first 3 days my wife and 1 got 50 mosquito bites, where we woke with circa 6 new bites each morning whilst sleeping in the upstairs master bedroom. My wife was treated at the A&E for cellulitis due to bacterial infection on her leg. The doctor confirmed these were mainly mosquito bites but indicated there were signs of bed bugs.We relocated to the downstairs bedroom following our return from A&E and we didn’t experience any further bites for the duration of our stay. The villa is located near an overgrown wooded area at the rear, which is a haven for mosquitos. We didn’t use the pool after day 2 due the mosquito bites. There were a considerable amount of mosquito repellant products in the villa, which is evidence the owner or previous rentals have also experienced mosquito bites. We understand you get mosquito bites in the area, but not circa 25 in the first few days of your holiday. It was horrendous experience, where it affected our holiday. The owner was responsive, but lacked objectivity and was quite defensive about the issue of mosquito bites and in particular bed bugs. We went on to stay in another property in Villamartin for the second week of our holiday and didn’t get another bites.

Thank you Kenny for your constructive feedback. We are sorry that you experienced these issues. However no other guest had raised these same issues with us re mosquitos. We had all beds mattresses and bedding inspected on your departure. and there was no evidence of bed bugs. We had other guests stay a few days after you who did not report any concerns. If you had raised the issues with the cleanliness of floors we could have rectified this but this was not brought to my attention until now. I shall be raising this with the cleaners. Mosquito repellent is for our comfort it does not however indicate there is a problem. Guests provide there own mosquitos repellents for their own comfort as I am aware that some people are more prone to mosquito bites than other skin types. We tried to answer your queries objectively but obviously this was interpreted as being defensive. We try to assist guests as much as possible by having a comfortable stay at villa teranne. All issues raised by you have now been dealt with to a concluding end.

Very good communication with the property manager, made the process very stress free. Always available if required. Villa is a lovely place to stay, has everything you would require for a break. Perfect family holiday !

We are a family of 6 , and wanted somewhere with a bit of space , our own pool and close to amenities . Annette's lovely villa ticked all our boxes and she always responded quickly to any questions we had . Lovely villa , like home from home , comfy beds , good air con in the bedrooms , lovely pool and there is a communal pool we used just across the road . Great wifi , secure location and no more than 10min drive to beaches / shops etc , would recommend a hire car . Overall we had a perfect stay , 5 * from us ! Thanks

Holiday with friends in Los Dolses

This is a lovely villa in a surprisingly quiet urbanisation. It is the exact layout for our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much and visited many different areas, even the Mar Menor, using our hire car. There were a few issues with the TV and the upstairs bedroom door handle but Annette was very responsive.
