Beautiful house

Beautiful house exactly as described and perfect to relax in the hot tub after our walk up Snowdon (about 45 minutes drive from the carpark to start the walk). Local pub and shop both great. Would highly recommend.

Perfect base!

We had such a lovely stay here with our group! The house was perfect for what we needed and made a great base for exploring the area. It’s only around 40 minutes to Pen-y-Pass, which was ideal for us, and the pub right across the road was a real bonus — we had a great time there too. We’d definitely book again

Lovely little village.

Lovely little village - great community pub opposite with delicious food. Scenic walks in the area with waterfalls. House was as described and the hot tub was a lovely touch. Overall a great location to visit north Wales.

Perfectly situated

The property was exactly as described and perfectly suited our needs as contractors working away. The host was responsive and check‑in hassle‑free. We would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area for workleisure.

Really lovely property with lots of charm and character.

Really lovely property with lots of charm and character. Perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was really well stocked with a variety of pots and pans and things you'd need for making multiple meals and everything was nice and clean. The Hot Tub was a brilliant addition that we all enjoyed. In term of location it was well placed for amenities but most of what we visited required scenic drives through the dramatic countryside to get to. All in all would definitely recommend.

Cosy cottage, beautifully decorated, would stay here again.

The hot tub, log burner and comfy bedding were all great to have. There were a few finishes that weren’t perfect, like the tap didn’t work in the bath (used the shower head instead) and there weren’t loads of mugs- fine for us as only two adults but if the cottage had been full we’d have had to do a lot of washing up!

What a great find! We had a great long weekend here with friends and our little ones

What a great find! We had a great long weekend here with friends and our little ones. Great location for exploring, and food shops and pubs nearby. The house had everything we needed, including a hot tub with views of the Welsh countryside! Would highly recommend. Our only regret is we didn’t stay for longer.

Great base for a group of 6 to explore the area and climb Snowdon.

Hot tub was great to relax in after a day of walking. Had a lovely meal at the pub across the road. The first night we were there all the smoke alarms kept going off every 10 minutes…..after about 2 hours we were able to get in contact with someone to sort it out, they were very responsive!

Cosy and welcoming abode

Cosy and welcoming abode. Great surrounding area with plenty of walks, abundant nature and crisp fresh air. One tiny issue was the hotel directly opposite the cottage which was at times rather loud on our first night. The second and third night was however extremely peaceful. Many thanks.

Highly recommend!

The house is very well presented with the added bonus of the hot tub (with amazing views). Location excellent for the 2 x Zip World sites we visited and Harlech Beach! We had a great time here and would definitely return / recommend to friends. It would have been 5* from me if there had been a welcome pack, i.e Milk, Bread, Bottle of wine etc... I would have expected this based on the cost of the property for 4 days.
