Just spent two glorious weeks in this condo. The description and photos are EXACTLY as pictured. Every room and bathroom is beautifully decorated, comfortable and functional. The only downside was some traffic noise on the balcony, but the bedrooms are super quiet, which I deemed a worthy trade-off. Judy was responsive and accommodating before, during and after our visit. I highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in an upscale, modern, impeccably clean condo right in downtown Aspen!

Amazing condo

The photos of this beautiful new condo don't begin to do the property justice. My family (myself, my husband, our son), spent 2 weeks at this beautiful Aspen condo. It was one of our best ever vacations. First, the interior is high-end and spotless. The beds were perfect and top quality. The place has everything you need and more. The location could not be beat. Our direct view of Ajax Mountain was the icing on the cake. This condo is elegant without being fussy, very well decorated and wants for nothing. All the appliances are high end and all the small details are taken care of, from the endless supply of lovely towels to the great cook ware. Outside on the private balcony is a Weber barbecue. The privacy is great. The location made it possible to walk every where; I never got over watching the skiers with my morning coffee from the balcony. The property is amazing.

First Time Empty Nesters

My husband and I took our first ski vacation without our children. We are used to renting a house or large condo so that everyone has enough room to spread out. Being used to having a kitchen and living room, we knew we would suffocate in a hotel room. This was so much better (and cheaper) than a hotel room which by the way are extremely expensive in Aspen/Snowmass. It was perfect! We didn't even rent a car. We walked easily to the slopes and restaurants. A few times we rode the bus (free) up to Snowmass and Aspen Highlands. So much to see and do in the Aspen area. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting some extra space and a great location (with a view too). It was finished out very nicely and there was even a hot tub directly off the elevator to the property as well as a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub in the unit! Perfect!

Great View

The view of Aspen mountain is the standout feature of this unit. It is on the fourth floor and well located on Main Street in Aspen. The owner responds quickly to any questions. For our August stay, we were never able to get the living area cooled down. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom helped for that room. The second bedroom is really tiny. This unit was not as well supplied as other vrbo properties where we have stayed.

Great view of Aspen Mountain

The view of Ajax mountain from the balcony is the best part of this property. I was really looking forward to staying here as I love Aspen. The reason I only gave it 3 stars for overall was because of the workings of the interior of the apartment. The hallway bathroom is designed for someone who is 5’8” or taller. I am petite and could not use the vanity due to it being built so tall. The beds in the second bedroom are unfit to sleep in as the mattresses are like solid bricks with no “give” in them at all. All 3 of the beds are on cheap metal frames and not real furniture. The dishwasher didn’t work, plus there was no dishwasher soap there. There wasn’t even a sponge in the kitchen. Half the under cabinet lights in the kitchen didn’t work. The refrigerator door handle was extremely difficult to use. We were required to wash and dry all our used towels or be subject to an additional $150. fee if the maids had to wait around for the dryer to be done. The T.V. never worked., nor did the Roku stick. We had to watch our iPad. I would not choose this property again.

Billion dollar view of Ajax Mountain, Aspen!

Extremely well equipped with very high end lighting and plumbing fixtures, and kitchen appliances! Very comfortable beds and decor!

Best rental in Aspen. Beautiful Gourmet kitchen. Contemporary high end décor. Beautiful wood floors. Steam Shower and Jacuzzi Bath. Great surround-sound system throughout. Great Surprise. Perfect Location. Walked to Gondola and restaurants. Amazing views of Aspen Mountain. Great stay! Will be back. Highly recommend.

Wow - this unit and the views are spectacular!!

This property was top notch and truly the best location in Aspen. When we arrive the unit was spotless, clean, beautiful and well appointed. The top/penthouse floor was a differentiator and very quiet. Now for the important part: THE VIEWS! I was not expecting the views of Ajax ski mountain to be so spectacular from the unit - that made the difference and took it over the top Loved the private balcony too and am already planning to rent again in the summertime. The steam shower and master bath Jacuzzi were our favorites after a long day of skiing which we did everyday and the walk was just a couple of blocks to the gondola. The owner was very nice and incredibly helpful with any questions. Thank you again for making our ski trip so special!

Best condo in Aspen I've ever rented

This condo was, by far, the best I ever rented in Aspen. A gem, a great find. The central location and beautiful interior décor far exceeded the price point. It had everything and more – very clean, it did not seem like a rental at all. The mountain views were spectacular! Ceiling-to-floor window views of Ajax (north), the main ski mountain, and Smuggler mountain (south) – great floorplan. The location is great to walk to the Gondola to ski and, just behind the condo, is some of the best hiking Aspen has to offer, right on the river; all minutes away by foot. The Jacuzzi bath in the master suite bath was perfect for my post skiing muscle relaxation. And, the guest bath had a steam shower, we loved that! We cooked-in a great deal as the high-end kitchen is equipped with all we needed and more. And, we walked to restaurants and shops and cultural events everyday – so much to do in Aspen downtown, just steps from the condo lobby. We didn’t need a car. And the owner was so pleasant and easy to work with. It was perfect.

Excellent Condo - Perfect Location!

Lovely condo - it is on the top floor and is now tops on our list for the best places to stay in Aspen. Exactly as advertised and more. Extremely clean (which is a must for me) and very tasteful décor. The views of Ajax mountain were spectacular. The location was great - all the chic Aspen shops and restaurants just a 4-5 minute walk away. The gondola was also close and very easy to walk to. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and views! Best place we ever stayed in Aspen.

We came for thanksgiving and wanted to stay longer. This place is something special. We will be back. Wonderful décor and very clean. Great beds. Great bathrooms. Great taste. Best location. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Not your typical Aspen rental, this condo offers so so much more. A really super value. We walked to everything, it is in the middle of town, yet very quiet and private. We could see everything from the private balcony. The fireplace was perfect for post dinner atmosphere.

This perfect place, it has it all. Spa bathrooms. A very pleasant surprise! The 5 stars were earned. Views, taste, cleanliness, location. Great Kitchen. Owner was very helpful too. Will be back. Highly recommend it.

PERFECT condo, interior, location, views and great value for our money!

We LOVED this high end condo. It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we expected in a luxury rental, and more. The location is great with easy access to the gondola and all the restaurants and shops. Yet this condo is very quiet and tranquil. The furnishings are first-class and no expense was spared in appointing the condo and the gourmet kitchen. After a day of hiking (or skiing) the hot tub was fantastic, and the steam shower was superb. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms had amazing design; with Jacuzzi bath and steam shower. This place is first class all the way. The owner was very helpful as well. It is hard to beat this place; quality and value all the way. The views were spectacular. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee with direct views of AJAX mountain. We will be back!

Will Rent Again Next Year

This is hands down the best condo I have rented in Aspen...We have been renting for years and give this condo 5 stars. It is our #1 pick! The owner is very easy and very communicative. The unit is tastefully decorated and it had everything we needed. It is conveniently located where we could walk everywhere - no need for a car if you don't need one. My wife loved the bathrooms. Waking up to the direct views of Ajax mountain was pretty special and unique. We had rented units before in Aspen that were more expensive and none had a view like this. Views are important to us so that sealed the deal. May try to rent again in the summer time if we can get out there. We've decided we'll just rent this unit every season - it doesn't get any better. Will definitely rent this penthouse again!

This condo was really amazing-beyond our expectations! My husband and I enjoyed the view of Ajax Mountain every morning (great floor to ceiling windows) as we ate breakfast from the gourmet kitchen. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere; restaurants, shops, entertainment, gondola/skiing The owners have great taste in décor (high end) and bedding and the spa bathrooms (a plus) were fantastic. This is not a rental; rather the owners Penthouse that we fortunately were able to rent. Really enjoyed and you will too.. Definitely be back next year. Highly recommend.

We just got back from Aspen and had an amazing time. This condo is beautifully decorated and you can't beat the location. The condo is fully stocked with anything you could ever need. We can't wait to come back!
