Amazing home with great location

It was such an Amazing experience being hosted at this home, it had a great location with easy access to public transportation, Beautiful view of the city and alot of options to eat and party. Absolutely Loved it

Excellent Unit - Great Host

The unit at Rimal 3 was an upgrade and was well equipped and comfortable with a sea view to enjoy sunsets. Alessandro was an excellent host and managed everything from booking to departure. This stay exceeded expectations and I recommend booking this unit and working with Alessandro to plan your stay in Dubai.

Superb accommodations with magnificent view

We couldn't be more satisfied with our choice, When we arrived at the property, (it was 03:30 early morning) the checkin was done within 5 minutes and the staff was very friendly. The apartment is really beautiful, it is spacious and well-equipped. We loved the amenities in the tower, swimming pools, sauna, gym, and also the magnificent view from apartment . There is a large supermarket next door, it was open 24-hours. Also we loved the location, you can walk to Marina Walk, the beach (directly opposite Barasti Beach Bar), the metro, and other attractions within minutes. We would definitely stay here again

Great appartment in Dubai Marina near the beach

Very spacious appartment 3005 on the 30th level, well furnitured and good beds! Ocean Heights is a great building, supermarket on the other side of the road (Carrefour, 24*7), perfect. Tourist train and connection to the metro next to the building. Barasti Beach just 3 minutes walking on the other side of the road. I would definitely go back to the same appartment in Dubai, a great city! Support of the housowner and support at location are friendly and efficient. Perfect! Thanks a lot! Marcel

Excellent location but poorly managed

We were not met on arrival as promised which was frustrating. Then one day into the stay the owner notified us that we would be expected to leave the property 12 hours before the time agreed. Causing significant distress to our young family. Constant confusion around payment methods, surcharges applied and unexplained and general communication was poor and unclear. Happy to visit Ocean Heights again but would certainly use a different owner to book the stay.

Christmas Break

We went to Dubai for 10 days over Christmas to see family. The check in at the apartment in the early hours was brilliant and communication on all levels was flawless. The apartment itself was clean and well situated for all areas and the pool was much better than expected. The only slight boggle was the kitchen was not as well equipped as we had hoped and there was no dishwasher or plugs to do washing up but that was soon rectified by our host lady. We missed having a lounge area but for the amount of time we spent in the apartment it didn’t really matter. Supermarket over the road and the tram outside the front meant great services nearby and the hotels opposite were great for meals out and a pool day with bars and restaurants and a water park at the Meriden was a bonus for my son and nephew. Lovely holiday and so the whole process of booking was so easy - Alessandro was super helpful and Hla the host lady on site couldn’t do more for us. I have recommended the property to a friends family coming over in April too. Thank you for all your help

It was an apartment stuffed with beds and very dirty. I'll never again rent an apartment owned by others.

Dear guest thanks a lot for your feedback. I'm sorry but you mistake apartment because I remind you, after your check inn you asked the favour to have another apartment with different view. In friendly we asked the favour at our host friend and we moved you there. We paid for that how you can image… After 3 days you sent a complain about some dust.... 3 days.... Why not before? When I sent my staff to check. you were checked out and they found a terrible situation, one curtain broken, windows opened and a lot of rubbish in any were. I didn’t ask you any damage, but receive this review is really ridicule. It was sent to one apartment you haven't used and seem your problem is with home holders apartments and not with our own. Luckily, we have many true reviews 33!!! All by five stars, so this one by one stars can count nothing or can show only that you are strange guest. But the worse thing is that you reviewed another apartment, not mine… Greetings Alessandro

Perfect appartment, loving and effective host, beautiful view, fantastic pool and jacuzzi, lovely weather and even better than described. We will definately recommend this appartment to everybody we know.

Super Lage mit traumhaften Ausblick vom Balkon

Wir wurden von der Buchung bis zur Abreise super betreut. Das Appartment ist im 30. Stock mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Sehr bequeme Betten, vollausgestatteten Küche, Klima und einem großen Balkon und einem kleinen Balkon. Mein persönlicher Lieblingsplatz war der große Balkon. Bei klarer Sicht kann man den Burj Khalifa in der Ferne sehen. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Tram ist auch ums Eck. Das waren die angenehmsten Fahrten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die wir jemals hatten. Kleiner Tipp, in dem Park mit den Fontänen (Dubai Media City Lake) gibt es ein ganz tolles Italienisches Restaurant mit dem Namen „IL LAGO by Chef Andrea“ mit fairen Preisen und den besten Pommes und Wraps. Alles wird frisch zubereitet. Wir kommen wieder. Es gibt noch sehr viel zu erleben und zu entdecken 🤩

Vivere la bella vita👌🏼

The property is in a great location. Across the street from beautiful beaches, down the block from new monorail, close to cafes and supermarkets. The apartment has a beautiful pool and medium sized gym on the 5th floor. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and has a great floor plan. Home away from home. Alessandro and his team are very receptive and nice hosts. They can hook you up with tours, tell you places to visit, give you tips on the apartment utilities and even guide you to the nearest clinic for pcr test for your way back home.

Great place to experience dubai

This is a lovely little place that is very convenient for the marina, JBR and other tourist spots. It has good access to public transport and is very accessible, with friendly host and a very clean and practically equipped apartment

Super easy check-in, amazing location

Super easy check-in. Property manager met me at the property upon check-in. The process itself was very simple. The location is spectacular. Tram station is literally behind the building. There is a great café and grocery store, pharmacy all walking distance.

Fantastic Base for Exploring Dubai

We loved Ocean Heights Tower! The staff and other residents are very friendly, the location is great, especially having a supermarket across the road for self-catering, and the communal facilities are amazing. We used the gym and the pool and children's play areas lots so our 5 year old son loved it too! We also had picnics in the open BBQ area close to the pool and preferred the pool to the beach as it has lots of well-needed shade. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. If you're into lots of cooking then it's a bit lacking with no shelves in the oven and only two bowls, but we made do and really enjoyed hanging out there when we weren't out and about visiting stuff. The agent Mrs. Hla was really lovely and checked us in and out with lots of smiles :-). We'd definitely stay in the apartment again on a trip to Dubai as we much preferred it to being in the crowds of the big hotels and enjoyed doing our own thing. Thank you to Alessandro and Team for a lovely stay.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Location is great, with tram station and Carrefour supermarket just across the street. View from our balcony was amazing. Were there for the ironman triathlon and I was able to ride my bike to transition easily - about 8km. Enjoyed some days of vacation after the race, did Safari tour and Abu Dhabi tour. Recommend dinning at the Fish Taverna restaurant at the Westin hotel across the street. Your table will be on the beach with amazing views. Had a great time - thanks

Gorgeous apartment

Great location

I stayed there for three months. Location is good. There is a 24/7 supermarket downstairs and the reception team and security staff are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very well equipped and has nice views.

Great apartment close to all the fun!

We stayed for 7 nights a family of 2 adults and 2 children, the apartment was well suited for us and close to all shops, restuarants and tourist attractions ... I would recommend this place to friends and family a very pleasant and comfortable apartment with a helpful owner!

WOW.... JUST WOOOW!

Where do I even begin??? First of all, the owner, Alex... the most humble, helpful and attentive host that you could ever ask for. Obviously, communicating via email and whatsapp can sometimes appear to look like I am asking too many questions but Alex was always on hand to offer assistance. This was for a group of 8 Londoners who travelled for my 30th birthday andafter my enquiry, I got the best deal and Alex helped with this. Alex allowed us to drop our bags prior to check in due to our flight arriving early which was greatly appreciated. Next Rosario, the agent. What a great guy! Again, very attentive and always on hand if we needed him. He also helped us with getting discounts around and arranged one of our activities. Within the apartments, they also provide you with a local phone so that you can get around; this was sucha sweet gesture! The rooms were exactly as described and the views that we woke up to every day were amazing. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was that the pool hardly caught the sunshine (obviously this is not anyone's fault!) however, the beach was about 15 minutes walk. The tram stop (station 7) is right outside the apartment and is a great connection to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa etc should you wish to go there and the supermarket is right on the door step of the apartment. Would I come hear again? ABSOLUTELY!!! This apartment will always have a special place in my heart as I got engaged on my birthday here. Thank you for EVERYTHING Alex and Rosario (and staff!) We are arranging another trip to Dubai by the end of the year so I will be in touch :-)

Fabulous apartment in the best location

The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped for our party of six. We found the apartment was ideally positioned with a lovely view of the marina and a beautiful clean sandy beach a short stroll away. There are many excellent restaurants in close locality. We can recommend this apartment very highly.

Perfect place to stay in Dubai

We 2 adults and 2 kids stay in this apparment and had a really good time ! The app. is very nice and got everything you need. I think Dubaimarina is the best place to stay. we come back.... The Tower offers perfekt Service, a nice pool, playarea, gym.....

LOCATION DA SCEICCHI fronte mare

Ottima sistemazione sulla Marina, ampio appartamento al 30° piano, dotato di numerosi comfort, dalla cucina fornitissima, due bagni di cui quello grande con vasca idromassaggio e vista mare. L'appartamento si trova nel famoso grattacielo "OCEAN EIGHTS" con piscina fronte mare, biliardo, sauna, idromassaggio e ping pong. Altra nota lieta e' il personale dell' OCEAN, sempre presente e gentilissima per aiutare gli ospiti in ogni tipo di richiesta. Appena usciti dallo stabile un fornitissimo supermercato "Carrefour" con molte marche italiane a prezzi buonissimi. A pochi passi spiaggia pubblica "Barasti beach" dotata di ogni comfort. Per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti molto comodo il tram appena fuori dallo stabile, anche se per girare a Dubai e' preferibile usare il taxi perche' e' molto piu' economico e fuori dalla hall ci sono sempre taxi in attesa dei passeggeri, anche alle 4 di notte senza bisogno di prenotazione. In poche parole............VACANZA e LOCATION FAVOLOSA.
